I was very impressed with my experience on the Simrad Yachting site. The products were listed in a logical fashion and easily understandable. The cart & checkout was simple and effective. I received my order in much less time than I expected. The order was complete, well packaged and exactly what I ordered.
Overall, a great experience and I will oder from them again!

I have sent 5 emails to request an RMA for a product I purchased and need to return. I have not received a response and have been unable to contact anyone at simrad to provide a solution.

The stuff came accurately and quickly. I was unable to order a whole new set of three is20 suncovers as the site would not accept any other quantity than one. Why not sell three in the same box?

I ordered a gimbal bracket for a cruise 9 fish finder and got a gimbal bracket for a cruise 7. it is no good for me I need it for a cruise 9. I've tried contacting you thru your web site 3 TIMES but nobody responds. still trying to figure out how to get the right one. 111 After they answered the review got 1 email from them answered there question the same day witch they already had then NO more replies. NO phone # to call them. still can't use fish finder. there customer service is VERY BAD

I ordered the newer NSX 12” unit and…
I ordered the newer NSX 12” unit and was shipped the older XSE 12” unit. Tried to reach out to Navico and was told they are only taking email inquiries. Very poor customer service response and no one has reached out to me after 2 weeks to resolve my issue. I will never buy Simrad again after this incident. I have resorted to filing a claim thru my Credit Card company since I cannot get any help from Navico.

Great Service
I received my transducer in record time and very easy to order right off the website. Their e-commerce did not take my debit card but did take my credit card. Not a big deal, and it was probably my small town bank to blame.
I would do business with Simrad again when I need parts.

Item ordered was not the item shipped
Item ordered was not the item shipped. Nobody can process a refund /RMA via phone. Web orders require email to be sent to the order department and nobody replies to the emails. Simrad retains the right to substitute items at will. Buyers beware!
