Besvarelse fra Simply Plastics
Hi Shaun,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the experience didn’t go as you expected. We’ve looked into this carefully.
Your order on 13th October was placed with Collection chosen as the delivery method, and no express delivery charge was taken. Our records show your earlier order in November 2025 was also collected.
We understand how easy it is to pick the wrong option at checkout, and we’d genuinely like to help.
If you believe you were charged for express delivery, please send us the confirmation at info@simplyplastics.com and we’ll refund it immediately. As a small, privately owned business, we take every review to heart, and we’d really appreciate the chance to resolve this with you directly.
Kind regards,
Simply Plastics
