Responded quickly and appropriately to my emails. They kindly changed the dates on my policy when I had to unexpectedly postpone my holiday, no charges added. Policy was comprehensive and clear.

I can only review the purchase process, as we didn't need to make a claim, so can't comment on how easy that is. The purchase was made very easily online, was good value and gave us peace of mind for the journey.

Having already brought our excess cover made getting the car so much easier as we didn't have the pressure sales from the car hire representative to buy theirs's. A helpful tip have a printed copy of your insurance to show them.

To purchase the policy was very easy and straightforward for someone with my limited ability.
The cover looks great for the cost of the policy, however the proof in the pudding comes if unfortunately you have to make a claim.

Excellent car hire excess insurance - kept me updated with all relevant information with emails. It was about £100 cheaper than the hire company quote. Excellent value and good peace of mind. Would highly recommend them. 👍

Have used Simply Excess a couple of times this year an found them super efficient. Never had to make a claim with them so cannot comment on that. Great to have peace of mind and the hire car tips were really useful.

Great experience. Easy to get a quote, which was reasonably priced. I did not make a claim so I have not tested that part of the service, but email communications from SimplyExcess were very good -informative, full of relevant tips and guidance, particularly when handing the rental car back. I would use them again without hesitation.
