After a slow start getting all the documents sorted it was great.
Dan was very helpful in keeping me updated.
Chris who fitted the boiler done a fabulous job

Absolutely disgusted with this company!!! I was offered a last minute cancellation today, I told the person who called I have to go out at 5pm who said it wouldn’t be a problem coz they could come back another day to finish it. At 4:30 they said they have about an hour left, then at 5:40 I called the company and then installers said about 2 hours but only 20 mins to finish the loft so I said just finish the loft then and be done - no idea what the other 2 hours would have been for as they didn’t explain this!! However, they did not leave at 6 but were here till almost 7pm, and only because I had to shout at them to get out!! This has caused me to lose money as I missed my pre booked night out which was too late to attend!! My walls are also covered in filth! No idea if the job has been done well as I was too angry to even check! I would not recommend this company.

Recently had the team come around and install the boiler, kept us constantly in touch with timing and dates, couldn’t have faulted them one bit. Danial himself took it upon himself to really make sure everything was done properly and did everything for us!

Dan was amazing, he rang me within a minute once I enquired on their website. He gave very good recommendations and options which was great. Dan is very knowledgeable and skilful. I applied for a free boiler grant to replace my old boiler which was not by no means an easy. But not only Dan helped me to replace the boiler but also guiding me through the process for application of ECO grants . Now I have a completely new boiler free under the government grant, and it costs me less than my old boiler. Thanks Dan, thanks for the simple green energy now we are ready for the winter and our house is nice and warm .

Took insulation out of a loft rather than install it,I guess to make the Grant bigger,tried to charge a £5000 contribution for a free grant then took 3 weeks to install a boiler on a job where a gent had just had a stroke,all written in statements from the customers concerned,save yourself the pain and find someone reputable.

I have been communicating with Dhanyal who was professional, patient and persistent when applying for a grant. He has checked my application and re-applied 3 times before my eligibility was confirmed and the grant approved. I was 1 day away from paying to the other company for the new boiler as it really needed to be done, when I had a call from Dhanyal. It is not a super fast process, as all checks take time, but it definitely worth it. When I read reviews here, I found it easier to believe the bad ones, so I feel I have to share my positive experience. I would also like to high light and thank Bob and Kaythleen, gas engineers, who took their time to complete their job to the highest standard, left the house immaculate and worked as a great team, solving efficiently complicated technical problems. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH, I still can't believe I have a new boiler!

ALi, Gean and Nas, did an amazing job with istatalling our new boiler. They came promptly and were sympathetic to their surroudings. The job was bigger than they had expected, but they did not complain.
They cleared up all their rubbish and hoovered. Dhnayal the manager was true to his work. The team were fantastic, including the team that came the day before to insulate the attic. Would recommend them.

Bit of a bad start with guys turning up without wood and a saw!! I gave them both.
Insulation was done quickly and has definitely made a difference already.
Few problems occurred ie. Insulating over air bricks and not being the tidiest of installers. But all problems were sorted out by Ali in the office ( who was probably sick of my voice!!) and Rafal who came and sorted the problems out these 2 guys were terrific nothing was too much trouble.
All done now and very pleased with the outcome and besides being warmer the house looks lovely!

I am very happy with my insulation. The workers did a very job.Danyal was very helpful and always replied on phone and attended to see work quite often and any issues sorted out quickly.l would recommend this company and give five star.

I’m so glad i got this grant done.I was waited for my Hmrc letter for long time but Aliya from the team always keep in touch me with whole process.,and I was so lucky that my boiler change and cavity insulation done in last day of this scheme.Everyone in this team very efficient and dedicated. would most definitely recommend it, we had our boiler and cavity insulation completed by simple green.
