I was so looking forward to making improvements to my home and was extremely disappointed with the work that was carried it - It will cost me £000's to repair - It is so unfair that I have received no response to my formal complaint at all. Please avoid using this company - it is the biggest mistake I have made in 30+ years of being a home owner :(

Kam owner is non payer shit company done jobs for them they didnt paid be careful they are fraud....

The company was very clear what they would be carrying out and the work was executed with care and polite service

The company did not finish the whole job but taken the full payments. I was told engineer will call you for Kitchen ventilation but been 1 year...,, nothing heard.

This experience was on 22/05/2025 not 22/05/2026 (this system only allows reviews to go back 12 months). The loft insulation was completed in a timely manner and to a satisfactory standard but I noticed that after the installation team left my premises a bottle of my expensive aftershave that was halfway full up had gone missing from my bathroom. I raised this by telephone with a team leader at SGE and explained that due to the daily challenges that I face with OCD, I was entirely sure that I had not simply misplaced my item. The team leader that I spoke to was called Vishal, he was very polite and informed me that he had spoken to the team that visited my property and they all had assured him that nobody had accidently picked up my item upon completion of their work. The matter was closed with no goodwill gesture offered to me as unfortunately I had no proof. Due to this I now have cameras fitted in my flat but unfortunately I have lost all trust with ever dealing with this company ever again in the future. There is no option to post on here with ZERO stars hence why I clicked on one star. Thanks for reading.

Terrible company, very bad workmanship, and customer service is bad. They seem to find any old contractor to come to the job. In this case, it all went very wrong. I am chasing for the insurance details this company talks about in their contract, but I have yet to be provided with any update, as this fantasy ride continues

Do not use this company. Their organisation is woeful, the quality of work poor, communication not good, integrity questionable.

Following the installation of a heatpump, our property was left in an appalling and unfished state. Their contractors ripped up floor coverings and floor boards with no regard to reinstating properly leaving us to finish off the job. Add to that shocking plumbing with pipes all over the place, not fixed properly with some joints leaking causing serious damage.

If they spent as much effort doing a good job as they do chasing payment, maybe a different story.

I would not recommend this company.

Vishal did the planning and designing of the system for installation, while explaining every question I had as I was very sceptical on the ASHP. The ASHP was installed by the team. Everything went ok, installation took a couple of day....But to adjust the setting on the heat pump, isnt turning on to supply heat to radiators, after several attempts of contacting the team, Im being refused proper help. I cant get in contact with Lalit, Vishal says he is sending an engineer but no one ever turns up. I am fortunate its been very hot but this needs to be sorted before it gets cold. I receive an email today they are saying they have tried to contact me but its a lie. Please stay away from this company. I will have to open a complaint against them.

Raza and his colleague arrived on time. They removed an immersion tank and fitted a new boiler, and thermostats. They were respectful and polite. Really pleased with their work

Simple green energy insulated my loft & fitted a new boiler. They were quick....clean & very efficient. I am most happy with the work they done for me.

Had fire back boiler removed and had combi boiler fitted. The gas engineers had a big job to do but complete it in one day, staying until 11.30pm, after asking us if that would be okay. We could not fault them, they went above and beyond. Excellent job, would definitely recommend the company and the fitters.

Great communication with the office and the insulation installers did a great job. We are already noticing the difference

Great experience with this company, they arrived on time and fitted loft ins and a new boiler. Top job, l would recommend to anyone.

Poor experience with this company. They apparently applied for an Ec04 government grant for a new boiler and loft insulation. Despite fitting the criteria and the boiler being 25 years old apparently I didn't qualify but good news we can fit your loft insulation and extractors for FREE under the grant. An appointment was made to complete the work but with 3 day to go the company rang to say grant was less than they thought and could I make a small donation of £1000?!!!!!!. I of course cancelled.
I have since asked for a quote from a local installer and no surprise he quoted around £1000.
I definatly would not recommend.

Do not trust this company, we were eligible for a grant for our insulation and they withdrew our funding last minute so that we could no longer get a grant from elsewhere but offered us 'discounted rate' to pay them instead. A massive con.

Polite excellent service really nice guys very helpful cleaned up before they went answered all our questions
