I was very happy to relieve my order quickly and nicely packaged. But I'm missing part of my order!

This company has not let me down at all. Very fast delivery, usually earlier arrival than expected which is always nice. Plus everything is always safely packaged. As well, they like to give a discount if you leave a review which is a plus. Now time to make another order.

You will love this place they have the best prices and the ship quickly just a fun place to go and look around shop for all your smoking needs.

I’ve placed almost a dozen orders over the past few years. Always pleased. Always priced well, always packed well, always discrete. Any issues I’ve had were handled fairly and quickly. A+

They got my order right shipped it arrived in three days completely happy will order from them again

Second time buying from simpleglasspipe can only say good things about my experiences, great prices, beautiful products, and as one should expect when shipping glass items it was packaged extremely well was definitely impressed very trustworthy, professional business.

Hands down, this is the place for high quality and premium glass. This was not my first purchase, but, I had lost the site in my gazillion saved emails and finally ran across it. I have made purchases since the first order in early 2023 and each fell so far short in comparison and cost more to boot! This business takes pride in their product and you will not regret your decision to purchase!

Quick and easy!

Easy simple checkout. They ship right away, shipping was free.

I’m still waiting on my accessories and new water pipe. 17th and the ETA was gonna be around the 16th or 15th and it just must be the holidays. I guess that’s why I didn’t rate 1-2 stars. It was shipped out on the 11th and I got tracking information pretty quickly. That’s a plus it’s in the hands of the United States Postal Service. And that’s usually I made it once after it gets to the facility to be be delivered from. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. Meni hope Nothing’s broken. Nothing’s missing XO.

Always a pleasure doin business with you.product came as described.quick delivery.no complaints .

In all my years I've never seen a unique piece like this one with a funnel on top great quality as well

Quick ship, quality package, good price. What more could you ask for?

I was able to find good high-quality glass pieces and Adapters that are no longer available locally. These are better glass and better prices anyway than what I was getting prior to this so I’m very happy with my order. It only took a few days as well via USPS I believe seems like a good honest company with solid/fair prices all around . Im actually about to place a second order now to try out some other options this time ;)

I put an order they charge me twice today I didn’t even give tracking order number or anything say I just purchased my order!!!now trying to call or txt about refunding my money but I got no respond in inbox or call go straight in voicmail

The glass is really think and helps with less breakage. Fast delivery and great pric

Even though I have had five or six orders successfully from simple glass pipe the last time I ordered My mail was stolen and I asked him for a refund because I didn't get it. They refunded it because it was insured but now they will not let me ever order from them again. I suppose they will not answer me but three orders in a row have been canceled since they had to pay back the money that was stolen from me. I didn't like it either. It upset me very much. So I guess it upset them so much. They can do business with me anymore. I didn't do it a criminal did it. I'm not the criminal and I have had successful orders at least five since I got $300 and something points. I spent over $360 at their store already but they cannot. Didn't let me order again because they had to pay back $27.99 on an order that I never received and they had insured. I guess they're holding it against me now. I cannot get an answer. They do not have a phone service. They will not text back. They will not answer emails. They just phone won't answer anything. This is not a good company because I thought it was before until I asked for a refund and now I can't do business with them ever again. Well how dare them accuse me or blame me for my mail being stolen by criminal. Not my fault. Call the police. Not my fault but you are holding into me responsible by not letting me order from you anymore. Answer my email

I have placed a few orders with this business and they have always offered fast, reliable shipping and your order is ALWAYS packaged and handled with care so you don't need to worry about your order being ruined or arriving to you destroyed. This product was especially crafted well, the quality has only improved ever since I became a customer. They make their products well and package them in the best way so that you receive your order in perfect condition. The quality is well worth every penny because it's hard to find good craftsmanship for this price so it's a great value. I definitely recommend this small business!

I have purchased from them twice in the past 6 weeks and was very pleased both times. The pipes are of good quality, function well, and were delivered quickly (within 3 days of ordering both times). Additionally, nothing was broken upon arrival. I will be a repeat customer in the future!
Thanks SGP! :)
