I found Simply Claims Assistance to be professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Only 3 months after our first conversation I received a very favorable result from my failed investment. The communication was excellent, and I was kept informed throughout as to the progress of my claim. I would highly recommend.

As with any cold call I was sceptical. However, the representative explained the procedure for making a claim against the FSCS in such detail that he advised that I could even undertake the claim myself. This I considered, and put the task on hold for several months, and interim call backs were simply to enquire how I was getting on. However, after nearly twelve months of my procrastination, I realised / accepted that I was not going to get down to making the claim myself. So when the subsequent follow up call came I was in the right mind to accept professional assistance. In the interim, I had had cold calls from other much more pushy and much more expensive companies.
The representative went through the process in detail again for me, and provided a written schedule of the information that was required to make the claim. Although my filing was not as good as it might have been, I was able to pick out the specific documents as advised that were required to support my claim.
From there SCA were able to do the rest by contacting the various parties involved. To speed up the process, I did contact one party by telephone myself to get the formal information in days, all as advised by SCA, as otherwise the party concerned were suggesting it would be months to respond to a third party request for the same information.
Having passed the data to SCA they compiled everything and submitted the claim on my behalf in a much more professional way than I could ever have hoped to have achieved.
At that point I was able to confidently forget about it, but with regular updates on any progress by the FSCS, until I got the call from SCA to say the Claim Compensation had been awarded, and at a figure which exceeded my best expectations.
The payment from the FSCS was in my account within 48 hours, and I was more than happy to immediately pay SCA the agreed fee, as I was so please with their service.
The service from SCA throughout was personal, dealing with the same representative all the way through, professional and efficient, with all my questions answered politely and knowledgably, best value, when compared with competitors and based upon results, and speedy, delivered in just over three months from formally commissioning the service.
