Very friendly and helpful service and achieved what they set out to do for me as I was clueless (and may've ended up without a penny). Would have been 5 star, genuinely, but the percentage thing cost me, but I knew what was what before I began, but I didn't know where to turn and they were great. I had in all honestly written this FSCS compensation claim off with a very heavy heart. Thank you Simple Claims Assistance. I recently got the good news that my claim had been successful. The process took a little longer than anticipated although I’m sure largely due to Covid. All of the team were very helpful and friendly, I was kept updated throughout and was over the moon when I received the call from Andy - I received all of my investment back plus some interest. I can unreservedly recommend Simple Claims Assistance.

Initially I received a compensation payment which I was very happy with. But it turned out I was owed more. If it wasn't for Simple Claims Assistance I wouldn't have known I was owed 3 times the amount. They've done all the "leg work" and made sure I got back everything I was due.

They successfully sorted out the minefield of submitting a claim to the FSCS on my behalf. From the start they were upfront in advising that the procedure could take in excess of 12 months, and provided me a monthly update, even if there was 'nothing to report'. The claim actually took around 13 months to complete. (my only very, very minor criticism is that the monthly e-mails received seemed to be a little 'cut and paste' sometimes with different fonts used, which detracted slightly from the personal touch experience, but not enough to warrant any de-merit points)
Their fees were also competitive against other companies offering similar services.
