Fantastic customer service department and high quality products.
I contacted ilovehaus about sourcing a spare part for an item that they stock. The support team went 'over and above' to track down the part and, in this instance, supplied it cost-free although the problem had not been 'of their making'. They have a new customer for life and I love the quality of the brands that they offer.

Excellent service
Ordered a tomato knife. Excellent service from start to finish. Item arrived very well packaged. I was unable to find an exact replacement for my vintage tomato knife but this one a very suitable alternative. Would definitely recommend this company if you expect good service.

Packaged well, arrived in good time. We even had an email advising us that delivery would be delayed as the ferry was cancelled due to adverse weather. Excellent service. We would recommend this company.Not used the item yet as it is a gift, so cannot comment on that.

Out standing service and communication from Katie at Haus, cheerful, efficient meticulous. We had two faulty wusthof knives, they were well used and I expected to pay for the repairs. Plainly guarantee is a word that means something at Wusthof. They replaced them both. Super impressive service. Never has sticking to quality purchases been better rewarded.
