7 days and still not arrived, missed birthday so no good to me now at all. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, ‘lost in the post’ comes up time after time 🙄

Great concept and really pleased with card! Website was quite straightforward to use. Communication was adequate with the exception of no tracking and no confirmation of delivery date. I was left wondering if the card was going to arrive as a result. The delivery time was a little longer than expected and there was no follow up to reassure me. That said, I would happily recommend 👌

There was an issue when this was recieved, but customer services have dealt with the matter.

Great card, great concept , great adaptation of what I’d described of the recipient
Give 4* as the card had a 0.5cm border which was out of focus at the edge of the card and a narrow white strip from cutting

Fun website that generated some good images, but I ordered 10 days ago and the cards still haven't arrived and the tracking number doesn't seem to exist. The birthday that they were ordered for has been and gone.

Okay. My reviews are always honest from my perspective, pthers may not have the same experience.
This is truly an amazing idea. Bespoke cards to make people smile and Ai used in a healthy way.
All was okay until editing. I was very clear about how I wanted the card to be but wasn't correct so I pressed edit cause even Ai makes mistakes. So I edited it and it still wasn't correct. So I press edit again...then it's telling me I'm out of tokens and I had to buy tokens to continue! Previous to that it states no payment until it's right, yet you want tokens to make it right even though it never followed the prompt correctly twice. I paid it as I really wanted a nice card for my daughter, but won't pay for tokens again. Tried a second card and kept glitching so gave up.
Then, I take up the offer of saving 3 birthdays to get 20 per cent off.. code did not work! Also, no option to have next day delivery, that was a disappointment. While my card will come in time, it would be better with that option.
To sum up, great idea, it's fun and different. If you get the cards correct even better. The tokens are a liberty, please get rid of that idea. The voucher code not working, glitching and no next day delivery would sway me to use other big companies out there as a preference. But definitely would stick around more if changes were made.

Your card should have followed the prompt without requiring paid edits just to put it right, and the glitches made an otherwise fun idea frustrating. We’re also sorry the three-card discount wasn’t clear; it applies automatically rather than requiring a code, and we appreciate you flagging this along with the lack of a next-day option.
