Silly Robot Cards helps you make a card that feels as though it could only have been made for them. Start with the person and the things that make them, them: their face, pets, hobbies, favourite places, milestone age or an inside joke only your family would understand. We turn those details into original card ideas for you to preview and edit. Choose your favourite, add your message, then order it as a printed card or send it as an eCard. You don’t need any design skills or technical know-how. AI works quietly behind the scenes to help bring your idea to life; you stay in control of what the card says and how it looks. Our cards are made for the moments when something from the supermarket shelf simply won’t do: a big birthday, an anniversary, a brilliant friend, a much-loved pet, or someone who deserves to feel properly known. Cards are designed and printed in the UK and supplied with an envelope. Delivery options and prices are shown clearly at checkout. Customers tell us they love the originality, the print quality and the reaction their cards get. That’s what matters most to us: helping you make something personal, funny or heartfelt that they’ll want to keep. Because the best cards aren’t generic; they’re full of the details that make someone special.

Thank you, Rae! We’re delighted you liked the personalised cards and that they felt different. We’re sorry the token requirement on your third order was confusing—the costs and when credits are needed should be much clearer before you reach that point.

How do I use this service?
How do I,
1. Include test inside the card?
2. Get an eCard I can send without needing to order physical card?
3. Put more than 4 people in a card; cant add a 5th person!
Not totally easy to use or complete in service.

AI photo for a birthday card
All good fun.
My only criticism is that using a photo for an AI card resulted in the face being distorted beyond their actual likeness.
Had to rewind a few times in order recover a better facial image.

Thank you, Robert! We’re glad you had fun, but sorry the first versions distorted the person’s likeness and made you rewind several times. Preserving recognisable faces is important, and your feedback helps us understand where the experience still needs work.

Fast and simple to use though I was initially sceptical I was very happy with the finished product. However I would have preferred some acknowledgement and update on delivery as I had no way of checking progress on my order

Silly Robot Cards went downhill fast
In early 2025 Silly Robot Cards was the greatest AI generator of greeting cards. You always got 4 versions of your card to choose from. The execution of your input was flawless and funny. Today you get one drab looking image, no matter what style you use. The magic is definitely gone!

Thanks for the honest feedback — and for being an early fan of Silly Robot Cards. You’re right that a big part of the original magic was the surprise, variety, and humour in the outputs. We’ve since upgraded our models to improve text and image coherence, but it’s clear from your experience that we haven’t landed that balance well enough. That’s really useful feedback. If you’re open to it, please send us an example of a card that missed the mark so we can look into it properly.
Discount code on first order
Loved the AI card concept, I created the best card.
Note that if you do many amends you will just have to buy some tokens as well, which I think is fair.
Amended
Initially thought the 20% code discount did not work - it did apply and I had misread the charges - my bad!
I've amended my review to 5 stars

So glad you loved creating your card! 🎉
On the discount — I've checked your order and the 20% was successfully applied at checkout. If the final charge looks different from what you expected, please drop us a message, and we'll take a look straight away.
On the reminder: our reminders are completely free to set up — there's no charge for using that feature. It's possible a separate order was placed, but we're happy to look into it if something doesn't look right. Just reach out, and we'll sort it!
