First of all - The Montreal store employees are lovely and so helpful. Its their management that is a mess!
I've never left a bad review in my life but this was just ridiculous. I order a dress to my residence in Canada, lovely but doesn't fit. I was also wrongly charged $70 in duties, but after no response from customer service, I call the Montreal store and they refund me. I go online to make a return, find out that you can only exchange (NO RETURNS) when you buy from a Canadian store or website, and pick a completely different dress for $40 extra, which I am charged the difference for. Whatever its fine, PLEASE READ THEIR RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY BC ITS NOT CUT AND DRY. The return portal won't spit out a return label for this original dress, so I contact customer service. No response for days. I have to call the Montreal store, then they send me one so I can finally return this thing. I'm now waiting for my new dress. 2 weeks go by with no new emails from them and I follow up with the customer service email multiple times, no response. I call the store for THE THIRD TIME because I have a wedding to go to and this was supposed to be my dress and where is it?? The store employees find out that the dress was not in stock, and that I am being refunded the price of the original dress. But what about the $40 extra I paid for the second dress? Not on their account anywhere. Cool. So I gotta dig through my credit card statement and provide proof, then they can refund me. Just don't shop here, you'll end up dressless and $40 poorer. This seems illegal somehow. If I wasn't consistently following up with the store, idk how I'd ever put an end to this saga.

I wish I had trusted prior reviews and not shopped here but was lured in by an IG ad and a sale. The merchandise I received was cheaply made and not worth even the price on sale. When I returned they refused to refund a dress claiming it smelled like fragrance or like it had been laundered and showed signs of wear. This is honestly impossible--I tried it on once at home very carefully for fit and was not wearing any fragrance. I suspect they sent me a dress that someone else had previously tried on and then blamed me for it. I would avoid avoid.

Really pretty styles but I've had bad experiences wrt customer service. First order, I ordered a dress during their sale and they sent me a completely different dress, did not give me the option to return it and get the correct dress and gave me a $33 gift card. Second order, again a sale dress and used my gift card on it.

They canceled the order and told me the dress was out of stock. The dress is still in stock - they just didn't want to honor the sale price combined with the gift card that was allegedly an apology.

I placed multiple orders for the same dress, all of which were later cancelled due to “no stock”, despite the item continuing to be available for purchase on the website. This indicates a serious issue with inventory management and a lack of real-time stock control.

What I found most unacceptable was that refunds were processed without any prior communication or consent. At no point was I contacted to confirm whether I wished to proceed with an alternative, wait for clarification, or cancel the order. The decision was simply made on my behalf.

While staff responses were polite, the overall process showed a lack of respect for the customer’s time, intent, and purchasing decisions. Allowing customers to repeatedly place orders for unavailable items, then cancelling them without discussion, is not an acceptable online shopping experience—especially at this price point.

I would strongly caution other customers to be aware of these system and service issues before ordering online.

Beautiful quality made silk shirts in a variety of colours. Classic and classy in a variety of colours and artistic nature based designs. I own 6 long sleeve boyfriend shirts and 5 short sleeve shirts. Love wearing them and easy to care for. Love this brand and will have my shirts forever and they will not date due to classic colours and designs.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while shopping. Poor marketing and unhelpful customer care service.

Really wanky and overhyped brand. Overpriced. Dress pills very easily even with carefully wear. My wife was left very disappointed. The brand claims to celebrate and embrace all women (as long as they're not Russian apparently, fueling Ukranian war propaganda) but base their brand on exclusivity. Getting a response from customer service on a simple question is near impossible too.

If I didn’t live in France and had to pay sooo expensive duties on each order, I’d purchase all my clothes there. Beautiful and ethical brand. ❤️
