Reliable. Intuitive for me and our clients to use. Easy to create a template for each document type and create a base branded template.

This has made my job more efficient and less time-consuming because I no longer have to spend as much time tracking down signatures for required documents. It has streamlined the process and allowed me to focus more of my time on other important responsibilities.

I really appreciate SiGN Now. Sometimes people have an issue with it, so it could be a bit more user friendly for clients.
But I have used for years and most are good with it. I appreciate the keeping of my records. The ease for me to send and resend.

i love how easy it is to work with, I have dropsign in my management software but it is too difficult and it doesnt adjust to mobile view. then i found sign now and its made my job so much easier

It works, and it's a good price, however some clients do not get their emails and it's often a constant juggle of "I didn't get it" and "search your spam box".

I've used all the other e-sign products. This one is a bit more intuitive. Looking forward to taking advantage of advanced features that will be useful in automating our business processes.

SignNow makes it so easy to edit, break apart and combine documents and get signatures! I like the customization and tracking, it's all very intuitive.

We love SignNow. What we love most is the great customer service. They have a link you can include in an email for people to sign, so you don't have to email the document directly from SignNow. We can use our current email or another platform to communicate and get a document signed.

Sign now and has made getting signatures super easy. They are easy to track and you can create your own items. A few options I would like to see changed or added. The ability to sort by document alphabetically and keep it that way. I would like to have a "next page" button at the top and bottom. And the signature date and time stamp to be moved to the side. When placing the signature in the document, the date and time stamp cover the info below the signature line make it difficult to read. Other than these little things, the product is easy to use.
