SignNow is essentially the generic version of DocuSign. It worked great for me and saved a lot of money in the first year of my startup company! After my subscription renewed and I realized I had forgotten to cancel it (my new CRM has signing capabilities), Marc at SignNow made it very easy to reverse the charge.

SignNow has made our e-signature process simple, efficient, and fully traceable, while significantly reducing the time required to complete documents. It is also very user-friendly for our external partners, as there is no need to download an application. They can access the document directly and are clearly guided to the fields that require a signature or completion.

I´ve used signow for years now, I´m very familiar with how it works. Some things need improvement: every filed I´m either completing or setting up for the client to complete, moves with me around the page creating issues often . Also, if fields are repetitive like initials on a contract, it´d be faster if that can auto-populate for the creator of the document

The best and easiest contract signing company I have ever had!

SignNow is simple to manage and it has a good overview. It supports to keep documents organised. I won't give it a 5 star, because:
1. once I changed a document and its name is different to the first loaded document, it won't change the title of the invitation.
2. I hear from those who are cc-ed into the mail, don't receive that there has been an invitation. I only heard, I have not directly followed up by looking in somebody else's inbox.
3. Luckily one can save a modified date field as an addition. There are not many on the globe using the American way and it should be offered as a default option.
Generally I would recommend the use of it.
