I absolutely hate this company. I had booked one of their hen packages which look amazing on their website and was supposed to go March 2020 for this. Like a previous review said, they don't send you the booking T&Cs til after you have paid a deposit and its not pointed out until you read it that they won't offer a refund if you cancel. Obviously with the pandemic they couldn't offer the services and package we had paid £215pp for and despite this they refused to give us a refund even though they cancelled our date. It is a nightmare to get through to them on the phones, you call constantly wait in queues for what seems like forever and even get cut off. I escalated my complaint to a manager there and again told the same nonsense that they won't refund any customers despite the government guidance saying it is unlawful given the circumstances. They told me the only option was to move my booking or lose out basically. So with no other choice I moved my booking to March 2021. Once again, they have cancelled my booking date and refuse to give a refund. I raised a complaint again, told only gift vouchers to be given to use on packages at the hotel valid for 6 months (not even offering same package!) and the manager had the cheek to email me to say I had been happy to move my booking and they had done it free of charge! I mean seriously?! They have had the best part of c£2k for well over a year earning interest and still won't refund! I hate this company. They do not care, the sales manager called me and could not give a monkeys about the situation or that given the delay things have changed for the bridal party too or that the contract is frustrated. Why would we want to stay aswell after the rubbish service? It's like they take your money and then whatever it doesn't matter. DO NOT BOOK AND I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN! Me and all the other members are going to have to take them to small claims court and will be writing bad reviews wherever we can. I hope the hotel reads this!

This company took a deposit for a hen from me. One of their 6 companies on companies House went bust, and so has a further one. If ever I've seen so much dodgy dealing changing companies names and hands. I had a call from a private mobile as all their main lines are dead she demanded a second payment to be transfered into a personal santander account?! I called santander and they advised me to absolutely not transfer any money to a company that should take card payments. I've gave the girls the money back out my pocket and we won't be dealing with these gangsters anymore AVOID

Awful- delay and avoid tactics galore.

Avoid booking with any hotels/restaurants associated with Signature Living.

I have spent months trying to recoup my reservation deposit for services not provided.

Such an appalling company. Spent £1.7k with this company which was the biggest mistake of my life. They only send you terms and conditions after the first payment so make sure you ask for this before handing over any money. They are money sucking leeches. I contacted them 10 days ago and still not received any information on alternate dates to rearrange. I don't want an useless credit for £1.7k to split between 24 people. This company follows absolutely no ethics, some of the group have lost their jobs so this credit is a slap across the face. I will be taking action to get this refund. I would even accept a part refund and part credit but £1.7k is just too much to put into a credit sorry. Be more intelligent with options for customers.

Update: I disputed through Santander (account paid through) and they were able to help escalate this through visa. I have now managed to get the money back from this terrible company. Feel very lucky to have escaped the trap.

Spent over £7000 with Signature Living. They phoned the day before the planned trip to cancel an activity we had booked. Despite several emails and phone calls, they still haven’t refunded my £960 from 21st February. They’re completely ignoring me and I’m having to serve a Statutory Demand on them in the hope of getting my money back. I’ve written a review on this issue before and someone from Signature phoned me begging me to take it down. Needless to say, I won’t be so accommodating this time.
