CarPlay unit - Great technical support
Great device. Works very well. getting it to fully work was a bit tricky as the instructions were not perfect but the Sigma team’s customer service was EXCELLENT. The worked with me to get the problems resolved. Many firms could learn a lot from these guys and how the follow up on customer issues. Well done!

1. Hope the IGO PRimo is installed No indication that it is in the paper instructions. If not can you send Micro card with it on it. I was told you would install it.
2.THere are no instructions on How to install the unit. Any Help there?

In general, I'm pretty happy with the product and customer service. I learned that the communication over WhatsApp is more efficient than email. I wish guys would provide better documentation especially on head unit plugs definitions and pinouts including Canbus, it would make my installation much faster. Other than that , everything works now and thank Sigma Car Stereo Team.

Dear Vladimir, Our tech team is always available on Whatsapp, email, WeChat, YouTube and facebook messenger. We have more than 1000 models and we do have a pinout and plugs definition for all of our units. We also have installation videos and photos for many of our models. We record videos as soon as we get a chance of a new model car.

Please understand that it’s an electronic item. Faults can occur but we are always available and happy to help. In your case a small component needs to be changed. That’s extremely easy DIY type. That will save us shipping cost. If you want us to fix it you can ship it to us. We have a repair workshop in Sweden, Germany and China. Great products, brought a bespoke unit for my Porsche, had couple of issues installing but Khan is great, replies quickly and gives links to videos etc on how to resolve. Great sounding unit with miles more features than factory unit

Ordered a stereo for a mini. Did not notice where you should click to add CarPlay so had to get the dangle to connect. Your stuck buying their very expensive dangle as it’s the only one that works with this stereo. Tried to work around this without success or help from the company. Got the dangle with no app or link to the app. Sent multiple emails to get the app and received a link that went no where. Now I get no response nor the app and have paid a lot of many for something I can’t use and a stereo I can’t use as intended. Was planning on ordering another stereo but after this ordeal I will order nothing.

Dear Cory - If you did not notice where to add carplay from that’s not our fault. After we ship the head unit it’s not possible to add built-in carplay. There is no way to integrate the chip inside the head unit. You have to use dongle via USB port.
And what???? You have sent us multiple emails but no reply? We have a team of professionals replying on whatsapp, emails, facebook, instagram etc. Our last email was that we sent you carplay app and after that we haven’t heard anything from you. If you have any genuine issue please contact us and we will try our best to solve your issue. If we could’t, we will make a refund. After your reviews here, we sent you multiple emails asking about your issue but you have not replied to any of our emails. We have thousands of satisfied customers and we don’t leave any issue unsolved, nor we leave any email not replied.
Super service & communication
Although they unfortunately did not have a head unit for my S5 I had ordered one and paid with a dash cam they double checked my order and found it was not suitable , they took the time and effort and refunded me with out question and did so promptly ! I thank Khan so much for his help .

I purchased an auto media system for my Fiat 500 from Sigma Car Stereo. Th customer service was excellent. They answered the myriad of questions that I had before my purchase. I bought the system from them at a reasonable price. It was delivered to me very quickly. It was completely pre-wired with a plug and play harness. It took no more than an hour to install. They answered some questions immediately about the installation. Now it is working great. I highly recommend Sigma!

Absolutely banging service from delivery to technical help from the guys.
Had a few issues installing the product on my audi q3 (totally my fault) after a couple of emails I was told what I'd done wrong and they had me up and running in a matter of minutes 100% recomend this upgrade to anyone looking to add more features to the car or just looking for a better quality screen ect

Great product, great support.
I don’t leave reviews unless I’ve had very bad or very good service. The service from Sigma has been spot on. They answered a lot of questions up front to identify the right head unit and then supported me during the install by answering questions via the WhatsApp link on their page. Can’t fault them. Head unit was for an Mini Countryman R60.
