Good communication through the process from ordering to delivery and the product works very well - my only comment would be the lack of any instruction manual and the individual elements could be more clearly labeled - it would also be really good if the enclosed a link to a video on how to install etc

This company is a disgrace , they portray themselves as a uk company - they are merely a front for Chinese operations. I ordered a radio for my sl they told me I needed to add a most adapter. At a cost of 114 Sterling. The package was supposed to be despatched within ten days. When I chased it they said it was delayed due to having to order the most adapter. Three weeks later the radio turned up no most adapter. When asked where it was they said we didn’t supply it as you don’t need it. Yet a - they never said that and b didn’t credit it. They then proceeded to supply the wrong instructions , when we had the correct wiring diagram radio didn’t work. Spent over an hour fault finding only to discover the canbus decoder was faulty. They said I needed a new one - delivery three weeks. I requested a refund they wanted me to pay to return the faulty item to china - Royal Mail 56 - I ve refused as the goods were faulty

The aftermarket addition to my 2013 BMW Z4 looks and works great! I had an issue with a repeating sound like a heartbeat when the car had power (opening a door, turning on a light, etc. before and after starting the car). I texted the help line, and they got me squared away. They provided instructions, annotated pictures and links to videos. I had to move the vehcile's fiber optic cable from the harness directly into the head unit. Not hard at all.

Bought a unit for my CLK 2007 to replace the comand. Installed and happy with the unit.

Looks very oem and works well with the canbus adapter so steering wheel controls also work.

The communications is fine and unit arrived as expected.

The PCM module was shipped and delivered very quickly for the miles traveled and the contents were damage free. My installation tech said the wiring instructions and accompanying YouTube instruction video made the replacement truly 'plug and play'. Overall, extremely satisfied.

"I ordered this specific radio because it was the one that resembled the stock OEM headunit the most. After placing my order I was informed that this headunit isn't available anymore, and was replaced by another unit that is touchscreen only. I agreed to replace the unit with that one.

A few days later I received a phone call from UPS, stating that I had a pending package sent from China for which I had supposedly paid 50$. Of course I had to correct that information, and stated the actual value of the merchandise.

I ordered the unit because Sigmacarstereo has at least two warehouses in the EU region. I never thought that the unit would be sent from outside the EU. In fact, after VAT and taxes the headunit was almost 30% more expensive than the initial value.

Sigmacarstereo tries to avoid additional costs by lying about the actual value of the goods. Of course, that doesn't work because in customs they know what the goods are actually worth.

After contacting Sigmacarstereo (Khan) about this situation I had no response whatsoever.

So keep in mind, the headunit will be significantly more expensive than you think it is after taxes are applied. Sigmacarstereo will not help you in this regard.

There are similar headunits on Amazon and other marketplaces that have similar quality and significantly better prices. You also won't have any unpleasant surprises as was the case with my purchase."

I bought a head unit for my Mini Cooper S (F56) and so far everything is working great! It comes with a link for an installation video which is extremely helpful. There is no paperwork with the unit so a User Manual would be a great benefit which is why I had to contact them regarding some of the operation but they were great in resolving my issue. Due to this issue, I only gave 4 stars. Overall, a great product and experience. Thanks guys

Purchased the Mini R56 head unit about 6 months ago.
Installation is straightforward with good instructions and a guide on YouTube.
High quality screen and CarPlay works perfectly. A short delay on startup to connect to CarPlay, but is not intrusive. The audio quality is better than the original stock unit. Had an issue but this was resolved well by the support team. Highly recommend.

I got a Mini Cooper r56 head unit. It takes forever to boot up, like 30-45 seconds. Zlink is horrible— CarPlay rarely ever behaves correctly which defeats the purpose of having this item. The internet/wifi constantly disconnects from my phone or wifi source, making it challenging to watch youtube or Netflix while chilling in the car. I have reached out to customer service numerous times for help and they’ve insisted on me having an order number for help as if that is truly needed; I can send you screenshots of whatever information you need (facepalm). Sorry, I lost access to my email account so I cant get you the order number. I do not recommend this company.
