Good Level of Information and Support

Was able to find an older model bat
Was able to find an older model bat. Brand new as advertised by the seller at half the original price. Shipped asap by the seller and i received it sooner than expected just in time for my kids birthday. She broke the bat in that week with a 3 for 4 outing. So yeah, a great purchase all around!

One of the absolute worst buying…
One of the absolute worst buying experiences ever. The item that was advertised was NOT what I got. I had to navigate an absolutely asinine return process. The seel logistics "help" was absolutely ridiculous. I could not simply have the amount credited back to my credit card that I used for the purchase. The actual vendor failed to make it right even though they sent the wrong items. And, then, after all that and I had dropped off the return items at UPS, Seel was sending me emails that the return had not been dropped off. I tried to send copies of both the label and the UPS receipt to seel but they would not accept them that way. They stated that I had to do that on the Seel return page but there was no way to do so and their online "help" person was useless in fixing the situation. I called UPS who verified that, not only had I dropped off the Seel return in time, but that it was received by Seel on May 1, 2026. If after all of that my money is not refunded I will be taking legal action. This whole experience was absolutely a nightmare. What kind of scam are you running???
