I've made 2 purchases within the past few weeks. Both Sellers were more the helpful with pictures, descriptions, shipping, and a pleasure doing business with through SidelineSwap. I will return for more as the needs arise.

Amazing quick delivery and responses to all questions…

Overall the service was good, and I got what I ordered. I did not realize that this website is marketplace where each seller does their own thing. Specifically I did not realize that I was going to have to pay shipping per merchant, which ended up being per item. I have also been spoiled by the speed at which Amazon ships. All that to say, SidelineSwap is a good marketplace, but it won't be my go to place to shop.

Worst experience l. Bought a lacrosse head that did not state in the description that it was cracked. Upon receiving I noticed the crack right away and said I want a refund and I'll ship it back. Sidelineswap thought that since the seller offered a partial refund I should be happy enough. Well guess what, I'm not happy with a broken product that I paid half for. I want my full refund! Will never do business with sidelineswap again

We got a great hockey stick at a great price. The seller was very slow and I was very happy to see sideline swap step in and give a deadline and ensure me I would get my product or money back. Without me having to do any chasing. That made me definitely want to buy from here again. Thank you

Great quality, shipped fast, found size

Everything is easy to find. Great selection of items. I like how I'm updated with shipping information and it auto-pokes sellers without me having to manually keep tabs on my orders.

This company charges a very high fee to sell items. That is fine and they are upfront with that. But, they will also take some of the shipping fee the buyer pays. This company is all about maximizing profits at the expense of the people using the app. Be careful, Facebook or eBay may be a better option.
