Great service, very easy to access and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Shurguard is a rip-off.
On top of storage, they charge you extra for insurance despite 'already being insured'. This should be INCLUDED in the monthly fee.
They charge you a ridiculous amount of money for a special lock that only fits their units.
You now have to enter using an app, but sometimes their system/wifi does not always work for example at Tottenham
The gates at Tottenham weren't working properly and were opening and closing on their own
There is litter all around the premises - why does no-one clean this up?
The toilet at Tottenham was out of order, both myself and another customer needed it. Don't you legally need to have a working toilet?
I was cheekily charged for a lock and key despite stating I had my own and being told I would not be charged.

Very professional in dealing with customers. The app-controlled entry system feels more secure and generally has good facilities.

I’m grateful for how quick it is to get a quote and move in to the storage and also how fast it is to do a storage swap if a larger storage is needed.
Staffs are friendly and it is nice having a flexible and late closing time

One area for improvement could be the extension of opening and closing times. Personally, it would have made my day logistically more efficient if I could have been at the storage unit an hour or half an hour earlier.

Very nice and secure place as compared to others. The promotional prices is fantastic. Closer to my area. The staff over at the tottenham site are more helpful and friendly.

First time storage unit user and it’s safe to say my experience so far with Shurgard Tottenham has been excellent. I was able to rent my unit online, and the next day visit site for the first time, where the onsite staff were very friendly and informative. The facility is brand new, state of the art and very secure. Only small negative is parking, there are several spaces, but due to the buildings footprint and general size of some of the larger vehicles it can be a bit tight and busier times
