Nancie was a great help, showing me how to download the app and then access the storage facility. She then took the time to show me around and ensure that I was fully familiar with entry and exit procedures.

The Tonbridge branch offers access to storage facilities after office hours using Bluetooth; premises feel brand new & spacious; there are no hidden costs & the cancellation process is simple.

Currently, as of Good Friday, renting a unit at Shurgard in Tonbridge. Nancie was very helpful from the initial call once I had booked the space online, to when we turned up and she showed us around the facilities. I initially had a few issues with the online ID verification, but again Nancie was very helpful on the phone. The place itself was clean and as described online when booked.
