Really nice staff. Understanding and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I needed and I was shown different options and given the time to make decisions.

They were very helpful especially when i realised i needed to upgrade my unit size on the day of move in. Great new app which is easy to use to help access the door and lift. Will be using them again.

Despite some difficult customers holding up the queue before our appointment, the customer service we received was excellent and more than made up for the disturbance beforehand. We were shown everything we needed to know and would highly recommend Shurgard.

Smooth process, friendly and helpful staff, you are given an access code and input the code into an app which makes for very easy access in and out of the storage building, meaning you can access even when staff aren't there. Hassle free. Thanks!

I appreciated being able to view pricing on their website unlike other competitors, which made it easier for me to decide the size and length of time that I would need the use of their facilities. The facilities are well located and more importantly of a very high standard. Of the various self-storage places that I have used, this has been the best.

I also had a payment issue where the website didn't show me the correct amount and this was resolved by phone early next day by someone from Shurgard. So the customer service so far has been excellent too.

Contract procedure was clear enough and the storage space is well arranged and easy to access.

Great value in comparison to major competitors, and the initial deal was great too. Very smooth set up - Scott was incredibly helpful and knew his stuff! Clear and welcoming communication and added bonus of long access hours. Unit was clean and easy to use - no awkward nooks and crannies and the extra wide roller-door was really helpful.

Best storage experience. Ive used other storages previously and the experience was never smooth. At Shurgard all the guys are super friendly and they are very attentive and guide you through the process. Paul was the person that took care of my contract and provided the service today and he did a fantastic job. Everything was explained to me and showed how to use the facilities in a professional manner. Absolutely amazing! In addition the storage itself is very clean, spacious, secure and high tech. Recommend!

I had some items stolen recently from my storage unit in Surbiton. No damage was done to the door so the lock must have been picked. When reporting the issue to the store manager I was told that the cctv doesn’t cover the units, only the reception area and in the lifts!!! No attempt was made to investigate the matter. I also noticed that other units had locks tampered with!!! I reported the matter to Surrey Police. Please be careful. My Customer number is: 1048269
