Hugely overpriced - H&S problem ignored

Hugely overpriced, refuse to replace the light for the unit - health and safety problem, it's dangerous in the unit in near total darkness, yet paying £300 pcm for a space the size of a shed. When speaking to the team at the unit told they will not fix the light - time to move to a service provider offering service at a reasonable price

Update following Shurgars response - despite claiming here the light will be fixed, this is untrue, and verified with the manager at the branch again yesterday- ‘we will not fix any of those lights’

Super happy

Super happy with the customer service i received yesterday from the staff member at the desk. He was super helpful, patient & informative. Will definitely recommend shurgard south croydon to friends & families.

A Solid Place with Great Customer Service

A solid place, clean, spacious and secure; but it's the amazing people who make the all important difference.

For me, any business will be down to its people, and the on-site staff (Matt and the team) have consistently displayed great qualities.

Highly recommended.
