SECURE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY
The staff always cheerful and very helpful. Had a lock up there for a couple of years and there has never been any problems regarding access, the lifts have never malfunctioned and the premises clean and well maintained and most importantly, extremely secure. The change of ownership from LoknStore to Shurgard went through seemlessly. The girls Gina & Michelle always give you a cheery smile hello when we signed in and thank you when we sign out. Today we settled up and removed all of our possessions today but we would always use their facilities in the future. Thank you all.

5 Star Experience
Moving homes can be incredibly stressful, but Shurgard made the process so much easier.
I needed to move all my belongings over two days in preparation for completion, and the staff at Shurgard were exceptional. They were extremely helpful and friendly, happily assisting with opening and closing the bay as I made multiple trips across the two days. Their support and flexibility were invaluable during such a hectic time. Highly recommend!

It’s my first time to use self-storage. Gina helped me through to find the perfect storage unit. Gina’s professional help was impressive. She had great patience and thoughtfulness in search of the most ideal storage for me. She gave clear explanation of everything, and did excellent follow-up. Thank you so much, Gina.
