J’ai été très bien accueilli par une jolie dame. De plus elle m’a très bien guidé pour la finalisation de mon dossier et tout expliqué. Le local est bien situé et sécurisé !

They are not trustworthy company. Once you have impayment they will steal on your valuable items more than the amount of your impayment. They will not return important documents like passport and diploma, pictures wedding, baby albums picture, certificates, don't even trust this company with your valuable items. And still the most ironic with this company once you settled the impayment they took your money and they will not any give information about your valuable things. No good customer service. VERY BAD and BULLY receptionist. I HAVE 4 MONCLER JACKETS, NEW SHOES, OTHER STAFF THAT IS VALUABLE SAMSUNG SMART TV PRINTER SAMSUNG and the lady receptionist only said my things are garbage. For you its garbage but for me i trust my whole life in your storage. No any response with my complain the time i complain to their customer service. Heartless personnel. Very bad company

Le contrat de location s'est effectué par téléphone et confirmé rapidement par mail. Les indications sur le mode de fonctionnement aussi. Je connaissais cette enseigne et j'en avais été satisfaite.

Pour l'instant je suis satisfaite de ma location de box réalisée il y a quelques jours seulement. donc je n'ai pas beaucoup de recul. très bon accueil. la chance de pouvoir profiter d'une réduction très intéressante. le box est très propre les couloirs également. l'ensemble de la structure semble bien protégé. il y a des chariots de transport et 2 grands ascenseurs. Le prêt d un escabeau serait le bienvenu, pour la première fois. il est un peu difficile de savoir où se garer exactement, car beaucoup de places sont justement devant des box. le seul petit désagrément est de ne pas pouvoir accéder aux toilettes en dehors des heures d'ouverture de l'accueil, même si j'en ai bien compris la raison, à cause de personnes irrespectueuses. il faut également être très attentif à avoir de la batterie sur son téléphone pour les ouvertures automatiques. l'accès à la structure est facile et extrêmement pratique, car à côté d'un arrêt de tram T2. je suis très contente qu'un ami m ait conseillé cette enseigne.

1 seule étoile pour avoir etait mal reçu a l accueil par elodie a qui j ai expliqué que je n avais pas reçu de mail concernant mon code et numéro de box .
Elle a été odieuse et insultante .

I was impressed that Shugard followed up with my reservation for a unit that I needed and appreciated that Carolyn corresponded with me to finish up the process. But afterwards, when I asked her that if I can use the toilet at 6:34pm, she said that someone is using the toilet at the moment so I said that I will wait for the person to finish because I have to go but she insists that she needs to closed the office as the person finish using the toilet although the office closing time is 7pm. She insists me to get out of office at 6:35pm. She said that she was going to keep her cool but... I insisted to use the toilet she looked upset and I didn't want to argue anymore so I left the office. I gave 2stars out of 5stars because it would avoid the problems 1.If you had proper toilets for customers in the storage area. 2.If you have kept the office hours accordingly. 3. Reevaluate the attitude of the staff towards clients.

C'était très facile - l'app. La communication était toujours claire et complète.

Très satisfaite du service client. Toutes les personnes que j'ai eues au téléphone ont été top. Mention spéciale à Caroline qui avait géré mon dossier box Aéroport Nice, elle a été au top avec moi. Alors que finalement j'ai dû annuler mon box.. merci

The storage rooms are clean and seem secure. It was really difficult to find the information about the sizes and prices. And of the height of the ceiling is definitely lower than advertised, but you will only find out after you have signed the contract.

Très bonne accompagnement si besoin des personnes de l'accueil une fois sur place.
Box et infrastructures en très bon état, chariots mis à disposition pour décharger
