Great experience arranging my storage in Kennington, London. Patrice was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process — professional, friendly and very clear when explaining the options and pricing. She made everything quick and stress-free, and the facility itself was clean, secure, and well organised. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Patrice and this storage place to others.

Patrice was incredibly helpful and friendly when moving in to the storage unit. I wanted to access the unit a week before the date booked. Since the unit was already available, she was able to set this up, worked through all of the required forms, and sorted out the fees so there was no additional charge. The whole interaction made me feel like using this storage unit was a good choice.

Very easy process, great price and friendly customer service

Don’t book kennington if you have a sofa or large furniture as there is no lift big enough . Total disaster . Had to carry my sofa and side board up the fire exit staircase .
I complained and asked for compensation as I would never have booked if I knew the lift wasn’t big enough … but customer service didn’t want to know …

Patrice and Souf gave me excellent customer service. They were very helpful and informative and professional. They helped me find the best size of storage and the best deal for me.

When I had to move out they charged me for the entire next month, just because I didn't notify them in time. It's a complete scam, there is zero flexibility about the policy and the policy itself if poorly explained and not emphasized enough. When they notified us of raised prices they did not remind those who could not afford it about this. Shurgard are greedy and don't deserve your hard earned money.

Great service from Shurgard Kennington reception, will definitely be back.

The hours show this location is open until 11:00 PM, but when we tried to get into our unit for an urgent need at around 9:15 PM the doors wouldnt open using the App and the card reader simply said see manager. The manager is not on duty that late so we called the after hours emergency contact number and he said there was nothing he could do until the next day. The only solution he offered for us to be able to get in that night was to call the police to see if they would break the door down? Thank goodness another renter was walking by and saw is in distress. Luckily his app worked and he was able to let us in. If you potentially need access to your things urgently I would not reccomend storing with this company.

The lady at the reception of the Kennington Rd is extremely helpfull and professional. 100% customer focus. Unfortunately I forgot her name.

I can store so many things

The service received from Souff was very informative and helpful.
We had doubts about using Shurgard again after our belongings had all been destroyed by fire at Shurgard in Purley Way in 2019.
Souff was very reassuring about the company's revised terms and conditions and along with his Assistant Manager, Patrice, we were very impressed by their professionalism and great customer service.
