Nice & Easy
Easy transition from house to Storage and paperwork done in no time at all with minimum fuss. Unit nice and clean and ready to move into. Good work from the team.

Very easy

Friendly helpful service, and location is good. The facility itself was spotless couldn't fault!

BEWARE
BEWARE!!!! this company took over the Lok and Store I use recently. Suddenly I was getting hassled for payment which I didn’t understand as I had been paying by direct debit. I was sent multiple requests for payment in the form of payment links, when I realised that they had cancelled my direct debit of course I paid. However, unbeknown to me the link they used set up a recurring payment which meant they could help themself to all payments going forward and they did, in less than a week without any invoice notification they helped themselves to the next months payment.
What’s wrong with the traditional direct debit process where the customer has control? When I contacted Shurgard the resolution was …”you are free to take your storage somewhere else”. Not the same ethical company I bought into when I started my storage journey.
I put a stop to them accessing my account, and now I have to phone or call in each month to get a one off link to pay within 15 days of payment or get a financial penalty, all this just to stay in control of my own finances!
