Shurgard Self Storage - Farnborough Anmeldelser 

I had reason to upgrade my storage from 75 sq ft to 180 sq ft at Shurgard in Farnborough. Had an excellent experience making the change. A very lovely young lady in the office was extremely helpful and friendly and efficient, and did all the paperwork and explained how it all worked, including me changing my mind as to the size of cell I wanted at the last moment. I had planned to go to a 150 sq ft but then decided on a 180 sq ft cell instead. She even gave me a cup of coffee, after my hour of moving stuff! Once I had moved my stuff, she did the paperwork and I signed up. Thank you very much indeed for an excellent result, definitely 5*

Very easy to use secure

So far so good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility appears clean well organised.

Easy service, good price, clean facilities. Everything you would need/hope for in a storage unit.

Whilst the use of smartphone technology is very good and simple to use, I find it extremely frustrating to constantly have my phone in my hand in order to access different parts of the building especially when I have my hands full of heavy items! The booking process was quite stressful as it all had to be done via an app from a car park close to the building as it wasn’t manned and you can’t access the actual car park without having already rented your unit!

Sarita was brilliant, I cannot fault her. It was a bit frustrating having to constantly look up the app every time to get in, and use the lift.

I was impressed with how clean this facility was. The unit I was allocated was clean, air conditioned and priced reasonably. The manager was very helpful and professional

Very Very helpful

Everything that I booked, all online, was exactly what I got when I arrived on the day I said I would. Everything was clean and easy to load and unload.

The only thing I would say is that it wasn’t clear where your unit was when you get there but common sense gets you through. The lights took a few seconds to come on down the corridors but all was good.

Very easy to book storage online,and just as easy to give notice of leaving.Sent an email re-leaving and within a few minutes a phonecall from Farnborough Shurgard confirming leaving.
Overall a good experience.

Speedy online service and the lady in the office was very polite as well. She provided all the information and showed us the storage area. Happy with the space we rented too.

It’s been a more organised setup with Shurgard formerly Lock and Store , the new coding and access remotely at the entrance gate and storage is pretty impressive. The Storage open hours have also changed increasing hours of accessibility week days and weekends. Staff always polite and courteous , even offered to help with loading items taken away from storage .

Great service, start using the app is not straight forward but once you get it works really good
