The location manager at Chiswick
The location manager at Chiswick, made the experience very good. Everything possible was done and communicated to me clearly. When I arrived at the facility on Saturday evening, everything operated just as Sapna had advised me. It's staff like this that reassure your customers. Thank you Sapna.

Brilliant customer service and a secure site
Brilliant customer service explained everything, set me up to access my storage, friendly and professional. The storage site is new, clean and feels very secure.
Only disadvantage was the mandatory requirement to pay for goods insurance upfront. If you can prove you have your own goods insurance, they will refund as credit but would have preferred a cash refund. The locks are bespoke so you are strongly incentivised to buy their lock, bringing your own is difficult because it likely wont fit.

Easy booking process via their website…
Easy booking process via their website and easily accessed from Power Road next to Chiswick roundabout. Good value for money and the space is clean and all new. Shams one of the team at reception is very helpful.
