Shurgard Self Storage - Bristol Anmeldelser 

I rented a unit in Bristol, went through a ID verification process online and then also paid and received an email with confirmation of rental. Soon after I was bombarded with phonecalls and emails from the Bristol office asking for scans of ID documents and household bills etc. even though I had verified ID and address online. The office employee then terminated my contract unilaterally because I questioned their policy. Shurgard shows a very Inconsitent and unsecure handling of data.

It’s been a stressful time over the past year and Shurguard has just made my life a lot less stressful by being so helpful and accommodating.

We had a storage unit in longwellgreen for a long time and nothing was to much trouble when we wanted to downsize over the peroid

Had some queries with an existing contract at a different site. A rude and agressive contact centre sales rep had contacted me after enquiring about an additional unit and was not very helpful! I called the helpline and spoke to Nikki (@Bristol) who confirmed what i hoped i would be able to do! Excellent job, gave me the piece of mind i needed to continue with what i need to do. Thanx

Very clean and tidy stores

Still have things in storage here, clean and tidy, very friendly staff, during office opening hours there is always someone available to help with any concerns or problems. Competitive pricing. Loads of parking. Easy accessibility for out of hours access, (using an easy to use app on your phone). Great offers. Highly recommended. Certainly made our house move a lot less stressful.

Having not previously owned a storage unit, Shurgard were extremely supportive in providing us answers to all of our questions. Nicki was especially helpful, giving us a guided tour and allowing us to view multiple units to help figure out the best size for our needs. She was transparent about all costs and rules, and diligently provided us with all information needed. Thank you to her and the wider team. Would recommend anyone thinking about getting a unit to go and visit the team.

Great storage and the price is reasonable.

The young lady who showed me around and how to use the app etc was extremely helpful and reassuring.
I've found using the storage facility very very easy. I'm not very strong but have found the trolleys are very easy to move even fully loaded.
