In the beginning with the first pack I seemed to have more energy. But that's not really there now im not sure what the problem is but im still taking them to see. My last pack was all stuck together and it's been a pain to get them apart.

I haven't noticed much of a difference yet. I'll keep taking them, just to see if it takes longer for my body.
Regarding the packaging: If each envelope is supposed to be a month's supply and the correct dosage is 3 gelcaps, then the number of gelpcaps in each envelope needs to be increased. Right now there are 60 gelcaps in each envelope. That means each envelope only lasts for 20 days, if they are taken daily.
Subscription: An email or text should be sent out 2-3days before the next shipment, advising about the subscription renewal.

I cant say I ordered the product on the 7th and its the 20th now, and still haven't received the product. The shop app does not help it doesn't give any information at all. So at this point I'm pretty disappointed.
