Ordering process went very smooth. Delivery time was excellent. So far everything is working as should be. I have a couple of questions so will see how customer service goes. Owners manual could be more detailed, especially for a newbie like myself.
Build quality is top notch, my wife even remarked how well constructed it is.

I placed an order on Jan 2 (not Jan 5 as shown below). After order confirmation, I received no information on the order even after sending an email inquiry, but they did go ahead and charge me for it. It was a small item. They say 7-10 business days for shipping AFTER you order it, but it is even beyond that now. If they are going to now claim the item is backordered, then they should have told you that on their website. There are more reliable sources out there.

I had an order with Amazon. Then I found out that it would take 1 1/2 month to fill the order.I called you guys and found out that you where cheaper and can deliver in 1 wk.thanks to James for helping me out,so I canceled Amazon and will order on Monday Jan 19th

Do not buy! I bought one of the 24V kits. The batteries keep shutting off. The inverter is not working properly. The tech support keeps saying we will send a video to the manufacturer. It has been three weeks of not having power.

Received wrong model of purchase. Was able to exchange for the original. Customer Relations Manager was incredibly helpful and quick with support

Are you kidding? I pay $50 for solar information expecting a manual that I can mark, underline and use as reference and you send me a lousy link to online publications. I have to download, use my ink and printer, because you are too cheap to provide a decent publication? Should be free for the request. Lousy on expectations. Next thing I know you will be billing me to access your web site. I don’t think I need to reference your company/website anymore. If I buy solar it will be from another company.
