The company is disrespectful, just out for the sale. Very bad customer service. Not empathic or sympathetic. Wouldn't recommend buying from the company nor will l do so again!

Was a very bad experience wanting to return a product, phoned the same day ordered .
Told me to take photos of the product so I did then started saying will not accept the return

Item arrived in good condition and very quick.

I placed an order, then 20-30mins later I heard the presenters say if you order a 2nd item, you only pay one postage....I tried to add to my order but it was charging another postage cost (when they could have been combined) My gripe is with the sales team on the telephone though, as they said I'd be charged again...I asked for the 1st item to be canceled and then both re-ordered, but I was told no.....I then asked for a free p&p code, to be told NO. When i said I would take my business elsewhere, and not order from Shop on TV again, they just said ok, no bother....what a way to try and keep customers! Last time I order from them then! I would not recommend this company!

Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole. Having purchased BLUE MAGIC bundle.

Shortly after receiving, an accident was had with blackcurrant cordial. Did not panic, as watched tv demonstration. How wrong was I. Used Foam per instructions. Hardly any difference. Contacted company next day. REALLY SLOW to respond. Numerous emails later, still slow response. I believe that they were using stalling tactics. Fast forward to today. Still waiting for returns label, although one was emailed then withdrawn. As the goods were faulty, not doing as DESCRIBED. Mis - leading. DREADFUL company and customer service. First time and only time customer.

Quick response. I ordered a gold quotation and received the bag and information quickly. The quote was prompt as was the payment into my Bank. Very satisfied.

I have still not received the chemicals. Down to DHL not the seller.

Last time I placed an order for an item I was told it was unavailable and the item cost was refunded. The delivery charge was not refunded even though nothing was delivered. I think this should have been refunded also.

With my last purchase the order was done and completed in the time for the allocated stock to the programme. However I am still waiting for the stock. On my account it says order being processed but it has been 2 weeks now. If the stock was available why hasnt it been delivered out to me?

Overall I have placed 2 orders and have 2 bad experiences with this
