I have been a customer of shopkees.com for quite some time now, and I have to say, they never fail to impress me. The website is very well designed, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. The products are of the highest quality, and the prices are very reasonable. Shipping is always fast and reliable, and their customer service team is always there to help if I have any questions or concerns. Overall, I highly recommend shopkees.com to anyone looking for a fantastic online shopping experience.

in terms of fast delivery and good quality of the products.

اشتريت 20 راوتر من عند شوبكيس، المنتج لحق بدون جديد و أصلي في حالة جيدة الحمدلله، حتى التعامل مع فريق الدعم كان سريع، شكرا

The service was good and the product also. highly requested.

Big disappointment. Totally unprofessional site. I ordered Samsung Tab S7FE, from Saudi Arabia. While ordering shopkees site doesn’t disclose customs duties.Later I got Message from DHL, I have to pay customs duty. This cheating to lure people to buy things from shopkees to where sales tax is applied.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A52, I was tracking the order everyday. Then on the 3rd day, it was on hold. I called the customer service. He said it's OUT OF STOCK. The customer service said that if i want, they change it to samsung M something. cause my order is out of stock. I am always ordering online in shein, cartlow, noon and amazon. I have never experience this kind of situation. I am seriously pissed off, cause it took 2 days, for them to know that it's out of stock? I was about to send this as a gift for my sister in Philippines. but now i cannot send it, cause the flight of my aunt is this July 23. I just cancelled my order. I will never order to Shopkees.com again. This will be my 1st and last order.

Excellent team work.. speedy delivery, friendly customer care.
