Unfinished Work After Payment — Inventory Not Updating
paid Shopify Pros for a service and the result has been a complete mess. The project was delivered incomplete and with major errors. I’ve been trying to get this fixed and neither Ethan nor Cruz has resolved it.
The biggest issue: Clover is the core of my inventory, and after a week with high sales, I discovered that sales were not deducting inventory in Clover. This is critical for any retail business and impacts operations, reporting, and reordering. Since I’ve managed more than one website/store before, I know this was implemented incorrectly.
Support has been slow and unhelpful, and I’m still waiting for a clear technical owner, a concrete plan, and a real fix. I paid for a finished, working setup — not an unfinished and broken integration. I would not recommend Shopify Pros unless they take accountability and fully correct the problem immediately (or issue a refund for work not delivered properly).
