I am here to give my pathetic experience review with Khul fan. My case number with Khul customer care dated 9 March 2026 is 260309-08787.
I purchased a remote fan in May 2024 for which in less than 2 years I made 3 complaints in customer care in last 22 months but yet my problem is not sorted.
My last complaint was made on 9th March 2026 and after 7 days without any solution or information to me they closed my complaint for which I received a message from Kent/ Khul that my complaint has been resolved and following is my 991192 Job Completion ID.
When I called the customer care to know the reason they said all it says in their system is that the adjustment has been done and closing the complaint.
When I asked them what is the adjustment done as there is no body who visited at my place to look at the fan after my complaint and the customer care executive said she cannot see any information about what adjustment has been done and she will call the ASM but ASM never picked the call.
The ASM Roopendra is really doing a Pathetic job as he has never taken an initiative to resolve the issue and closed the complaint without any solution. between 12 March to 16 March I called customer care executive 4 times and all 4 times whenever the customer care executive tried to reach Area Sales Manager Roopendra, he never bothered to pick up the call and there after customer care executive promised a call by by the escalation team but I never received a call back and today the end result is that I am getting a message by Kent that my complaint is resolved successfully is absolutely ridiculous.
