Deceptive delivery, logistical chaos
Today, February 13th 2026, is the deadline and I still haven't received my order or any real tracking information. Your management is a chaotic mess of misinformation:
Purchase made on January 2nd, 2026 (2 iPhone 17 Pro Max phones)
Email sent to Shopdutyfree:
Calls on January 12th and 15th: Your staff assured me of "imminent delivery," a completely false claim.
Timeline of deceptions: On the 12th, they assured me of delivery within 72 hours; on the 15th, they told me by email that it had been out for delivery since 8:00 AM; and on the 19th, they changed their story, asking for patience until today. This is unacceptable.
Lack of support: They demand that I stop using any other contact methods while you give me contradictory and drawn-out answers. The people who answer the phone don't speak English, they know nothing about shipping, and they direct you to the website, which is a chaotic mess of misinformation, and what little information there is is false. They don't provide a tracking number or any tracking information.
FINAL NOTICE: If I don't receive a valid and verified tracking number by February 13, 2026, my bank will initiate a chargeback for fraud and breach of contract tomorrow, providing all the evidence of these false communications. I will not accept any further delays.
Finally, after filing a claim through VISA International, I was able to recover my money.
