Showed in stock, paid for next day delivery before 10.30.

Then showed out of stock. Rang the shop and was advised it’ll take a few days from the warehouse- would’ve been nice to have been informed before having to chase it.

A few days later it was delivered at 12.30, so morning delivery cost was wasted money.

Get the impression they aren’t that bothered about my custom.

Ordered spares online and items despatched promptly as previous orders.

I'm always keep coming back year after year. The dispatch time is close to zero. Delivery to UK is so fast.

Second time using shopcoffee over the past two years for an espresso machine and two grinders. Both times dispatch of orders were quick and I received them in perfect condition. I went online to check some products, phoned the company to ask a couple of questions about delivery lead time, I was informed that it could be up to 5 days for one item, I was happy with that. Placed the order online and all the goods arrived next day.....Couldn't ask for better service!!

My teapot insert broke, & rather than throw the whole thing away, I checked your website & was delighted to find I could just order what I needed. The process was easy & clear & the parcel arrived within 5 days

Very easy to order online for the flojet water bottle pump and accessories. Delivered in 3 days from order. I actually use it to aid my disability as I'm not allowed to swallow anything and have lost all saliva glands. Having the pump allows me to put 19 litres of flavoured squash drink in and around my mouth whilst it spills out into the sink without the worry of swallowing it. I cant use drinking resepepticles and having the pipe allows me to taste. First time I've been able to taste something that gives me a huge relief for 6 years so I'm over the moon. Water jet pressure perfect. Pipe to and from pump and bottle, perfect. Thank you.

Whilst I have purchased smaller items (water filters, etc) from them in the past. I recently brought an expensive grinder. The service was fine to start with, but they sent the wrong one (not their fault, the box had the wrong colour in it). The returns process was slow, I had to follow up a couple of times and it was / is all a bit painful.

I placed an order with Shop Coffee on 17.10.22.
By the end of October the order had not arrived so I contacted the company to find out whether the order had been sent or had there been some delay. I got a prompt reply saying to wait a few more days as the Royal Mail, their courier, was on strike. I contacted them again a few days later to say the order had still not arrived. They have informed me that they contacted the Royal Mail who informed them that the order had been lost in transit.
I asked for them to send a replacement as they had lost the original but was emailed that this was not company policy and I could place another order at my expense and would be reimbursed once their claim was processed by Royal Mail.
At this point I said I would rather have a refund, but again was informed that the refund would not be issued until their claim was settled with Royal Mail, which they said would likely be concluded by the end of last week, but that didn’t happen.
My understanding of my consumer rights is I’m entitled to a refund or replacement within 30days but as it stands I have neither the order or a refund and Shop Coffee’s company policy is that they don’t refund until courier disputes have been settled and who knows how long that will take.
I am very disappointed with the way the Company have dealt with this and currently have no idea if I’ll receive my order or get a refund. Be warned of their policy before ordering.
