How can I rate this experience when I only placed my order 30mins ago! I’m still waiting for a delivery date/time window and then when the goods arrive…..then, whether they are suitable and as per advertised and of good quality. Ask me again in a week please…..

your office got in touch to say their courier couldn't find our address so she was just checking we were still at our registered address where we have been for over 25 years and I confirmed it with her line for line.
its been two weeks no and no sign so I emailed you to which I haven't had a reply
