Ordering a giftcard
I ordered a gift card to be emailed to the recipient, but it was emailed to me instead. They didn't get it on their birthday.
I didn't get it till a day after their birthday.
My advice is order more than a couple of days before you need it sent and really check where it will be sent.
When I called them for help, Bella was great, and came back to me with a follow up. That was excellent!

Some of the best stock available in the country. I am always checking your site for fashion inspo. I love all the brands you sell. Please!!!! bring back the new balance loafers if possible!!! but not too fast bc I need to recover from my recent purchases. Actually the main reason I made my recent purchase was because I was dealing from the loss of missing out on purchasing the loafers and needed to fill the void with items that were on my wish list already. Anyways, love your teams work X
