Misleading information
The experience was terrible. When I placed the order, it sounded like the item was ready in stock. Only after I kept pushing, they inform me that there was no stock at the HQ. Please, CompAsia, make sure that I can pick up my phone before 18/3. It’s already been almost a week and I still haven’t received the pickup date. Seriously Good Purchase!
Really good quality MacBook Air that I got from Compasia, at such price, much lower than 1st hand price, yet the quality is just like completely new one, I really have nothing to complain!

Very disappointed with CompAsia. I received the wrong color phone and, worse, a defective device. There’s no proper customer service line — only WhatsApp — and responses are extremely slow and unhelpful.
Quality control and after-sales support are seriously lacking. Would not recommend.

Fast delivery, phone condition is good for its price
bought ip13, phone is in great condition, excluding a minor scratch on the screen(a heads up would be nice) but other than that, battery health is 100% when received. cable that was received with the phone stop working after 3 days, but wasnt a big issue since i already had other cables from previous ip.
