I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service provided. I placed my order for OR-334800-RNPM the device on 18 April, and your customer service informed me that it would arrive within 7–14 working days. However, until today, 8 May, I still have not received my device or any proper update regarding the status.

What makes this even worse is the poor communication from your staff. Sometimes my messages were ignored for more than a day without any response. After waiting for such a long period, I contacted your staff again on 8 May, and suddenly I was told that I need to wait another 7–14 days. This is completely unacceptable.
At first, I was informed that the stock had already been allocated for my order, but now I am being asked to wait again with a different excuse. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and misleading information given to customers.
Please treat this matter seriously and provide a proper solution immediately. Otherwise, I will proceed with the necessary actions, including filing complaints to the relevant authorities and taking legal action regarding this matter.

For the pass 3 years, i have buy 4 devices for my family from compasia. All the device have good deals value and was received in good conditions until now. I purchased a iPhone 15 Pro max
I purchased a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max from CompAsia in Singapore. The phone itself looks clean and in good physical condition, but I have doubts about the battery reporting.
It shows 100% battery health, yet the cycle count is 615, which does not seem realistic for an original battery. This makes me question whether the battery health has been reset or modified without proper disclosure.
When buying refurbished devices, accurate information is very important. Customers should know the true condition of the battery instead of relying on numbers that may not reflect real performance.
I would recommend CompAsia to be more transparent about battery status and any changes made before resale.

Great customer experience
CompAsia and their support team made my first purchase with them extremely fluid and quick, responding to my inquiries within an hour or less most of the time m. My device was shipped and delivered to me within 7-10 days upon completing my order and EVEN WHEN they couldn’t source the colour of my choosing, they were quick to notify me and discuss a compromise.
Would definitely purchase from them again, 10/10.
