The Assistive Device I Needed
Great products for deaf and hard of hearing. I have bilateral Cochlear Implants. I remove my hearing processors at bedtime so I need something to alert me if a phone call comes in while I'm sleeping. I found the Vibio Bluetooth Bed Shaker on the Bellman website and it was shipped promptly. Bellman is s top-notch company with lots of beneficial offerings. Thanks!

My husband's hearing-
assist alarm clock, several years old, suddenly lost audio. The company's customer service team was polite, efficient and generous in their attempts to troubleshoot the problem as I told them how essential that clock was to my husband. Their surprising solution after examining our clock was to send us a new clock, very quickly. We were thrilled to have that great resolution so fast.

Outstanding product, I connected the device to my Sony wireless TV headphones which have a 3.5mm cable. I place the device directly in front of the TV and can sit anywhere in the room. The sound is crystal clear even when my family has the TV at low volume. I am fussy about sound quality, this device was well designed.
