We have had a Bellman amplifier for a number of years. It is my husband's backup to his hearing aids. We had to get a replacement for the earbuds, and when we got them, because we had forgotten that they attach on the side, we tried to attach them to wrong place. For this reason, we thought we had the wrong size. I emailed Bellman, and received a prompt response, which set us straight right away. Saved us a time and continued aggravation. Could not thank him enough for his prompt, knowledgeable response.

The noise detector
The noise detector, portable reciever, and bed shaker work great. I have hearing loss in one ear and this works great making sure I wake up when the alarm goes off.

Device arrived with corrosion of battery and terminal and would not work. Customer service arranged replacement unit. Sent and received in about five days. Product itself seems of good quality but have not had time to test it out yet.

Better than other vibrating alarms
This was better than other vibrating alarms that I have used. It’s not perfect. You set the time for the alarm in the morning and may have to reconnect to the Bluetooth during the night.

Incredible Product
After my fiance was in a vehicle accident in the middle of the night and called me to no avail because I was sleeping and didn't hear my phone, I realized I needed to change that. It was a horrible feeling to not be there because I couldn't hear. I bought this in the hopes that I would be small and powerful enough to wake me up at night if I ever got a call.
The vibration is very powerful even on the soft and medium settings. As a bonus, it even vibrates for video calls! And it's also a very convenient alarm that doesn't fail to wake me up.
I am extremely impressed with the build quality. It's a solid piece of hardware that feels sufficiently hefty and should last a long while. It's a definite must buy and worth the price.
