Shield Safety Anmeldelser

Interviewer was extremely helpful, offering guidance and suggestions when needed.

Absolute pleasure to have auditing me. Kind. Understanding. Informative and helpful follow up was fast with all help given to get defects sorted. Communication is key and Stella has been “Stella”
An asset to your team

Professional, friendly, everything was explained clearly and concisely.

Excellent company. We have used Shield Safety for a number of years and they have always been incredibly helpful. Alex Langtree helped on out most recent case and I could not fault him.

Alex was incredibly professional and a great help. Thank you Alex.

The audit with Shield Safety Group was excellent. Considering the restrictions of having to do an audit on a virtual platform, this did not impinge the audit in anyway. Alex, the auditor was great and really put you at ease.

Excellent service, always there to help. Easy to use and very informative during these tough times.

A very professional business, keeping in contact throughout the whole process of our Audit.
They also went the extra mile when I was struggling to find the correct information that was required.

Thank you for help throughout all this.

I have just completed the SAFE TO TRADE Audits with Shield Safety. Everyone has been super helpful and the communication has been great. Stella has been so supportive throughout this process and has made each task very manageable.

We have been using Sheild for the past year and a half and they have always provided us with a great service. The most recent "Safe to Trade" assessment was great and really gave us the confidence that we are doing the best to keep our customers as safe as possible! Our auditor, Stella, was great and ensured we understood everything that we were doing.

I would recommend Shield for anyone who is looking for support and peace of mind regarding their compliance within the business.

very good service and fast response if any help needed.
Thank you so much for all your hard work

Excellent customer service and care. Easy to use would highly recommend for online training

First-class support throughout this difficult year. The team at Shield Safety Group has been a valuable assistance in helping to manage the safety of the business.

We are still waiting for our annual audit for 2020 and this is not done yet. We have sent several emails and still no responses. We tried to call but no answers and it seems lack of professionalism and communications.

Onboarding process real slow, don't see the value for money

Its satisfying to have shield knowing that we are supported not only for safe operation's but for peace of mind and due diligence.

very helpful, very pleasant staff nothing any trouble for them

Organised a first aid course and the team was very helpful and flexible with dates.

From start to finish Andy Cooke was an excellent tutor.
Found the whole online tutoring and exam done in a thoroughly professional manner

I have been working with Shield for more than 2 years now across big chain of restaurants such as Gaucho and Tattu. The collaboration is fantastic.
