This is a fraudulent company. They been in my account 2 times .I still haven't received my order or updates on it.

SheThrive is a fraudulent company. I placed an order back in August 2025,its December and I still haven't received a refund or my products. I have e-mailed numerous times and all I get are the same replys saying "I don't know why you haven't received your item but I'll reach out to our support team for further assistance. At this point Im reporting this company to the BBB because this is not right, I work too hard for my dollars just to be thrown away. Also, they will not send a refund that's the crazy part.

Like everyone else, I wish I would have looked up the reviews.
I did not receive the product either.
I ordered at the end of September and they continued to tell me it was “lost in transit”
Customer service did reply ALOT but did nothing about it and I continued to feel lied to.

We are 3 months into not getting my order and they said they just refunded my money. I still have not gotten a refund and might update but 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Careful of VIP membership to get discount on your 1st order as they then charge a fee each month, but no product sent.
Not even sure the gummies work.... might just be eating jellytots!

This company is a scam. They have been trying to take money out of my account unauthorized. Their email address is fake, and their phone number is fake. File a dispute with your bank and report them to the BBB.

I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. Take a month to come and like so many other I only got half my order. My package came from China which is a ln issue because they hide that fact. So it's made in China and shipped to US. Then reshipped to American customers after their "American" company gets it. Thats why it takes so long. This will be my last order. Not worth the hassle. Won't refund. Not transparent...

There’s so many things wrong with this company.

1. They list a “buy two get two” promotion for their feminine gummies, so I paid for it. Received only 2 of the 4 items.

2. Customer service never responds — this one is self explanatory

3. The tracking number was sketchy, it wouldn’t show me anything. I was lucky I received anything

4. Worst of all, the list of ingredients for their feminine hygiene gummies are as follows: artificial sugar (Malitol) plant based pectin (what I’m assuming is supposed to be the “gelatin”) MORE artificial sugar (xylitol), citric acid, natural pineapple flavor, juice concentrate, caruba wax (to help make it chewy I’m assuming), and corn starch. I spent $75 on some glorified candy. Ridiculous.

I did the BOGO... I got the first one and then they charged me $29.99 TWICE for a VIP Enrollment.. which was never mentioned in the fine print. Horrible customer service. So I got my first order.. in August... and never anything else. Have to cancel my card just to get them to quit charging me. This company is fraudulent.

Did the buy one get one free….i got one they claim they’ll send me the other bag….its been four months still no free bag, oh and when I did buy again because I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because things happen and they’d been quick to respond….they signed me up for a subscription without my permission!!!! Bank flagged the transaction to let me know but by the time they responded it had been processed 🤦‍♀️ have canceled said subscription and if they charge me I will be locking my card down with my bank because absolutely not having them steal my money for something I gave absolutely zero permission for and didn’t even know I was signing up for it, from what I read it’s because I made a second purchase so that gave them the right to sign me up ugh!!! As much as I love these gummies and they do work for me I am disappointed, have zero idea what to do for my issues but I can’t afford for every month for it to come out especially without my permission!!!

Scam. Order product in May with 5-10 day deliver yet it took 2 months. Purchased a B1G1 Free program yet I received only one pack. They refuse to allow me to return for a refund.Worst online ordering experience ever.

If I could give it zero I would. I have been dealing with customer service for months now with no resolution. Don’t buy into the sc.

Don't buy anything from this company. I saw this product on Facebook and they had a buy one get one free offer for $34.95. Each bag is "supposed" to have 60 gummies in each, which means I should have received 120, but I only received 60. Plus, they charged me $40.90 and then turned around and changed me $24.47. When I reached out to the company for an explanation of why I only received 1 package with 60 gummies and why I was charged twice, I was told that they combined 2 bags into one and that usually, each bag only contains 30 gummies. But their website clearly says the BOGO offer is for 120. They also never addressed why I was charged 2 different prices. I have had to email them 6 times to request a full refund due to misleading information and they never honored their money back guarantee. And also, they will take days if now weeks to respond to your emails and now, since they took so long to respond to my numerous requests, I am out of the 60 charge dispute with my credit card and they refuse to help me. I am going to post this same story on every social media platform there is, to warn buyers not to fall for this scam.

First, it took forever to receive the package. Second, I purchased it during their BOGO promotion and only received one package of Gummies. The instructions say to take two gummies each day and there were 60 Gummies in the package, which will only last for one month. Assuming this was surely a mistake to only have received one package instead of two, I reached out to the company and got a response only to get the runaround from them about the packaging of their BOGO products. It’s a total bait and switch tactic. They said that for their BOGO promotions, they often “combine packages” so in my instance, they said that instead of receiving two packages of 30 gummies, they sent me one of 60 gummies. HUH?!? So one package will only last someone two weeks taking two gummies per day? GTFO. This company is so misleading and is a total rip off! Do not waste your time or your money!!

Purchased the “Buy one, get one” promotion and only received 1-60 count bag. The website states that one bag is 60 and the bogo is 120. Customer service keeps saying 1 bag is 30 and the bogo is 1 bag of 60. All of this is different than what is stated when you purchase the product.

Ordered gummies during a BOGO free sale. Was supposed to get 4 packages of gummies got 2. The company has never responded. And each time I've tried to cancel or refund my order it fets declined.

6 weeks later still didnt ship my order. Emailed them 3 times no response. Had to dispute to get thier attention and get a refund. Bad business. Dont get scammed

$120 this company has stolen out of my account. No package or items received, just continues to take 29.99 per month out of my account. PLEASE don't do it. Idk if it's the site or what but just get it on Amazon where it can be trusted. I've NO way to cancel the subscription or whatever on this site.
