This company is a RIP OFF AND THIEVES. I've purchased an items a month ago and NEVER RECEIVED THEM and on top of it JULY 2nd THIS COMPAMY STOLED (DEBITED) $29.99 from my BANK ACCOUNT...I didn't even purchase anything. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY--THIEVES BIG TIME!!!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star! I paid for four and received two. I have emailed three times and they suck at replying. Don’t waste your money it’s a scam.

I love that its proactive and not just another emergency fix when things go wrong.

I order my vitamins June 18… it’s now July 5.. emailed customer service and still haven’t heard from anyone… I checked tracking and it’s still in the same place. I believe they are taking peoples money..

This is the thing kept BV away without making me feel like Im taking medicine.

Poor service, parcel did not arrive. Have emailed about 6 times and they keep saying it has been delivered and to check with neighbours. I’m really annoyed.

I placed my order on June 5th and it's July 1st. No response from their customer service. It shows starting out in the United States then went to Hong Kong and now stuck somewhere. This company is absolutely horrible for customer service and non delivery of products!!

These things are shipping straight from China. Total scam, seeing as their website says that they are made in USA and ship from USA. Don’t buy, can’t trust what’s actually inside of them.

I ordered gummies on June 15th, I emailed, no response. Its July 1st and I have nothing,but they got my money. I even emailed and messaged costumer service, still nothing. This is not goo She Thrive. Horrible costumer service,I just want a refund please.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Placed an order Nearly a month ago, and yet to receive any products. Email company several times, still no product. At this point I just want my money back

I wish I would’ve read these reviews as well! I never received my order and. no response from the email! It’s sad you try to help companies but this is what you get!

I have asked for my subscription to be canceled many times and no one has ever gotten back to me I never received whatever product was sent to me the last time without my permission I want them to just cancel the subscription and they don't even respond

They have charged me for both May and June and I haven’t received Anything! This is a scam company! Cannot get in touch with customer service AT ALL

I ordered in May buy one get one free and then they said add two extra packs for 4.95 each which I did. I have yet to receive either order paid 19.95 to one company the second bag charge was 27.90 from another company then a 37 dollar charge for a subscription from a 3rd company. I have literally emailed 40 times finally got them to cancel the subscription which wasn’t even for gummy’s. The subscription was to be able to order products from them at a cheaper rate crazy was told that there were never was a buy one get one free was also told that there wasn’t an ad on a 4.95 each. They finally canceled the subscription refunded the 27.90 and the subscription price but refused to refund the $19 charge for product. I have yet to receive horrible company and 16 different people will reply to your email. I’ll telling you the same bullshit all I can say is email email email email. They will get tired of you and refund your money.

I purchased a buy one get one free promotion. I am not being charged monthly for 2 or 3 months and I did not authorize these payments. I have sent messages and tried to cancel but there is no subscription to cancel because I never subscribed! This is terrible.

I have asked for my subscription to be cancelled many different times and there was orders I never made or approved. I have never received a refund or my apparently my subscription cancelled due to them still charging me without my permission. I've contacted them via email and phone and nothing. After this last time I will be taking them to court

I purchased the BOGO which states 2 months supply which is 120 gummies. I only received one bag. I contacted to get them to send second bag. They informed me that they double the amount of gummies in the bag. I only received one bag of 60 gummies which is a 30 day supply at 2 gummies a day. I also sent the screenshot that specifically says I should have received 120 gummies with the BOGO. They will no longer respond.

First, it took WEEKS to get the order and it only seemed to move along once I reached out and asked for an update.

However the biggest problem is that I paid for a two-for-one deal. Meaning I should get two bags of the gummies, each being a 30-day supply. I received one bag that states it is a 30-day supply, and that the serving size is 2 gummies. After seeing online that Shethrive is trying to tell people there is twice the number of gummies in the bag I took the time to count them. There were 62 gummies. NOT the "Double order" they are claiming. I suspect this is Shethrive's M.O. and none of us who ordered the buy one get one will ever get the second bag.

I reached out to them, their response was that it was ME who misunderstood and that when you do the buy one get one for $34.95 what you actually get is a bag of 60 gummies... However, I have gone back to their site and screen grabbed the B1G1 offer and it is supposed to be a two-month supply of 120. HUGE SCAM. I wish I could insert the picture...

Do not buy from Shethrive, buy the REAL Vital Source gummies instead.

Edit 6/5/25 I contacted them again and sent the screenshots and they STILL continue to say it is ME who doesn't understand how the B1G1 works even though their OWN site states the B1G1 is a two-month supply at 120 gummies for $34.95. I'm disputing the charges on my credit card now.
