SHUT THIS COMPANY Down!!! Total scam artists. Outfit was waaaaaay too small (I ordered a large which is a joke it was so tiny) and plus it’s SEE THROUGH! I asked for a refund and they said they’d only give back 30%?! What!?! Terrible customer service they are not a real company with real returns. They are liars.

I tried to return a dress that was too small and they asked me to send a picture of the barcode (even though I had the order number and all info required in my email) and they wanted me to use a tape measure to measure the dress. I don't think customers should be responsible for quality control. They indicated they would accept returns, but then they asked for this. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered 9 days ago and emailed twice since. No answer and have not received a tracking number or any kind of acknowledgement of my order. No refund either. Terrible, scam company.

DO NOT BUY. They literally WILL NOT return anything. They have asked me to buy a tape measure and send a photo with the tape measurements of all returns (I’ve declined as I don’t own one). The last email asked if I would accept a 20% discount to keep the goods (which are all too big). Terrible practice that makes it too hard to return goods that don’t fit.

AWFUL!!!! Got my dress, tried it on, didn’t like and didn’t fit and requested my refund. I was asked to take pics and measurements and send them and then was told that I can keep the dress and I’ll get a 20% refund!!! Awful, just awful

This company does not honor its refund policy. The dress I received was mediocre at best and the customer service refused to give me a refund, even though their website says you can refund purchases within 30 days, as long as they are in their original packaging. When I emailed them, they continued to offer me a percentage of my money back if I kept the dress, but would not give me any information about a full refund and where to ship the dress. This company is a scam. Beware.

Absolute scam. Ordered an outfit and paid for 7 day shipping. 12 days later, still not here, and got a very poorly written email in terrible English saying it will come soon. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible Quality, terrible fit, no returns. My Ikea dishcloth has better quality.

The worst quality dress received. Looks nothing like the photo advertised and unwearable. They keen trying to offer me partial refund and I’m refusing as I need my money back. What a SCAM and waste of money. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Any suggestions on how to get an actual refund?

Ordered a dress from here and it was the most awful quality I have ever purchased for an item! Tried to return it due to their website policy for refunds and was offered to keep the product and only receive a 20% refund. What a joke!!! Do not order from here their clothes are made to fit only toddlers.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! SCAM!! I ordered a dress, received it and it looks NOTHING like the photo that they advertise! Emailed back and forth for days, they offer you a percentage of what you paid. Just simply save your money and skip this website!!!

Please don't buy goods from this website, it's a scam. I have ordered a coat which came in very poor condition and too big. Emailed them for instructions for a refund (their website doesn't give any instructions just lists an email address) and they've started the bargaining game. First they offered to keep the coat and accept 10% refund, then 20%, then 30% and then 40%. Then, they suggested I re-sell the coat or gift it to my loved ones! When I declined, they said that the cost of return (that I have to pay for) it's going to be high and to think again about the return. Really disappointing and awful experience. Never buy from them as there is no option of honest refund. The emails came from Chinese accounts with Chinese signatures.

This company is definitely a SCAM! Prices are high and the quality of the dress was poor. I emailed them stating that the dress did not even fit and they requested for a picture for proof and that the process is "time-consuming" and tried to offer 20%, 40%, and then 50% after I refused to accept the discount. It's been a week already and I still haven't even gotten my money back. Extremely upsetting and very unprofessional...

Bad service. False product. False return policy. Be aware and read the reviews carefully…. 100 Euro are gone…. Nothing in return…

Dress didn’t look anything like the photo and they stopped returning my emails when I refused to accept a partial refund.

Low quality items. Nothing like what they advertise. On top of that. They will argue with you to return your items.

The clothes advertised is not the clothes you receive. Poorly made, poorly packed, not even the right material is used to even remotely look like the clothes they advertise. For instance, if the dress looks structured thats not what you will get. You will get a dress in the shape of what you saw but it will have no hold or structure and will flap over in places it shouldn’t. They question their returns to them, and won’t pay for shipping costs of the returns. Dont buy from them.
