I was scammed by how great the ads looked! My personal red flag should’ve gone off.
Poorest quality of any item I’ve ever gotten online. Run-around customer service; I very early-on refused to comply to the many & varied “hoops” by saying that I’d LEGALLY met every return qualification. So, they sent me their Chinese address on our 3rd communication.
We need to STOP FALLING FOR CHEAP PRICES; we are supporting the dishonesty of Chinese markets.

If there is a 0 star I would choose it.

Ordered 4 Capri pants,the flowered ones and all of them came 8"too long,dragged on the floor. Nothing like the pictures. Pictures were doctored up to look good. Design on bottom were half stamped design. This is from China and this is how they treat us. They don't even bother to respond. Bad company

DO NOT ORDER THERE! I wish I would have read the reviews first! Poorly made, size doesn't match the size chart, and when you are not happy and want to return the items, they start with offering 5%... if you bug them long enough, they go up to 30% but not more than that! SCAM all the way!!!

Très mauvaise qualité ! Ne ressemble pas pas du tout aux photos du site ! Propose des offres de remboursements indécentes en commençant par 5% puis au four et mesure de la négociation 10% puis 15% puis 20%.. Bref, énorme arnaque !

If I could give this company no stars I would. It took over a month to ship to me (Hawaii. SHEIN takes 1 1/2-2 weeks). Since it arrived late, I had no use for the clothes and wanted to return it and get a full refund. Customer service kept going back and forth with me about how much they would refund me. They started with 5% and at the most they were willing to refund me 30% even though I didn’t even use the clothes. I paid $81.98. BEWARE of this company. STAY WAY!!! Do not expect to get a refund. Poor customer service and quality of the clothes is meh.

Produits jamais reçus mais ils me disent que c’est en route ou que j’ai reçu selon les jours. Bref ils ont pris mes 100€ ça c’est sûr ! Ne commandez pas.

Feels scammy. Shoddy quality, poor customer service. Told me I needed to pay $40 shipping to return a $36 item.

If I could give less than 1 I would. Dresses turned up without tags, they smelt, material was very poor and the dress was not what I purchased. When u contacted the store they offered me a 10% refund when I said no they kept going until they got to 30%. I continued to say no and said I wanted to send the dresses back for a full refund. I offered to pay postage, they said I can do that but they will also take an additional $90 to re advertise the dresses. I have declined and have had to raise a dispute with pay pal as they try and stand behind there policies I have even provided ACCC guidelines which goes against what they say.

I felt like they try and bully you into accepting their offer.

I give this company 0! Both outfits did not look ANYTHING like the pictures! Also, I ordered a gold outfit and they sent me pink. They refused to give a full refund even though they sent me the wrong outfit!

I was searching online for a Great Gatsby themed dressed when I came across a beautiful dress advertised by this company. The dress was only $80 and looked like it should cost more which should have been the first red flag. The second red flag should have been the name of the company as it is obvious the name is not an American company. It was not until I received the shipping info that I realized it was coming from China. I tried to cancel but was not able to do so. The minute I received the dress, I opened the package and without taking it out, it was obviously a fraudulent representation of the dress advertised. I immediately sent an email requesting a refund. I was asked to send photos of the merchandise and then over the course of 2 weeks, they refused to provide me with a 100% refund, but instead kept trying to negotiate with me by offering me a percentage of my money, with 20% being the highest! They kept saying they did not pay for returns and that by the time I paid for the return, it was going to cost me so much money that they were doing me a favor by giving me some money back. I was not going to take this lying down, so I contacted PayPal, escalated the issue and received a full refund in less than two weeks!

Do NOT order anything from this company. Nothing was as pictured, cheep material. Very poorly made, it’s a scam. You can not return anything they give you a complete run around. I wish I would have seen reviews before ordering. I’m out over 400 dollars.

If I could put a zero, I would. Just figure that all sales are final. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from them. They won’t let you return anything. Basically, was told that it costs more to return merchandise so just gift your purchase to friends or family. Never give. Return address. I am out over $300 and cannot use any of the items. I would NEVER order from this site. Was very cheap looking and didyfit right. Still disputing on my card. Horrible.

Wish I saw these reviews before buying. I feel like an idiot. I actually love the dress even though the fabric is cheapy, it still looks elegant, but it was not even close to true to size. I swear the website said free returns when I ordered it but that's not true at all. A huge run around to even figure out how to return and then the only option is to keep the dress that doesn't fit and get a meer 20% refund or return it overseas on your own dime which is about as much as I paid for the dress. I guess I have a potential costume now? And only $8 back in my pocket.

Also, don’t bother trying to contact them because they won’t respond.
