Put up a large coverall 14 months ago and ripped from front to back the material was poor quality after one year in southern Ontario elements no replacement cover available in better quality tarp as outta stock would give us 20 percent off cost of replacement but shipping and taxes extra. Got a tarp made to order at 400 dollars less

Terrible product. I have bought 5 of them. The don’t last beyond 2-3 years since the covers break down and fall apart. Replacement covers cost as mush as a new one. I dont usually write reviews, very unhappy.

We bought the small 6 x 6 shelter almost 8 years ago and I just replaced it today.the fabric just finally wore thin and produced holes.i didn't think it would last this long at all but surprisingly it did!!!I do have it set up under trees in the corner so it's protected somewhat from rain and wind.barely any snow ever gets on it there but we do live on Vancouver Island!! Recommend this to anyone who needs a smaller cost efficient storage space

We bought a shed and the tarp lasted just over a year! Unbelievable pay 500.00 for this shed was hoping it would last longer than this!

I purchased a replacement part for my gazebo, unfortunately Loomis will not deliver to my location. Both Loomis and Shelter Logic tried to get met drive over 150 Km's to pick it up. The service representative at Shelter Logic was argumentative and did not offer any solution at all. I cancel the order, which cost the company the sale, the shipping both ways, and a negative review.

When buying a tent shed you gotta remember it's just a fabric cover. Mother Nature and animals will tear it up and they did. They come from the store with the cheapest/thinnest fabric for cost saving. I got 2 or 3 years out of mine, then it tore. No fixing it. I upgraded my fabric and that works better. Still just a fabric even though it's heavier duty. A bear just tore up my heavy duty roll up door. I ordered a replacement roll up door. It cost a bit because it had to be shipped to Alaska. Should be ok for awhile. Eventually it will fail too. Then I'll probable replace it.

I really want to rate a zero. I bought a shed bad decision ever made. After storing our gear, when the rainy season started everything soaked. We threw stuff out. The floor is soaked and ceiling fallen in.We now have it covered with plastic. All we are getting are round arounds and unnecessary emails back and forth. This is a real nightmare

I purchased a Sojag Kiruna and one of the posts had paint that was bubbling. What is worse, their description showed a height at the edge of 84.5" when in reality the height was 89". As a result, it would not fit under my deck roof overhang as I thought. When I contacted support they did little to address this issue.

Do yourself a favor and avoid gazebos from this site and their brands.

This is my second review of the same shed. I wish I could add a video because at this moment there are 83mph winds and it hasn't moved. I'm currently in the eye wall of Hurricane Beryl in Texas. I'll probably get a new one after this because I don't want to push my luck. My horse is standing in it safe and dry.

Purchased 28’ wind and snow rated shelter, didn’t last 4 months both door zippers failed. At 6 months entire structure bent and tore in reported 50 mph wind event.
A call to warranty to Northland (where purchased) got an immediate reply” Acts of Nature” not covered. Shelterlogic’s initial response was the same,” Acts of Nature”. This was a wind and snow rated shelter!
Both retailer and Shelterlogic immediately denied warranty. They were Truly sorry and offered a 20% discount on a future purchase?
Shelter logic did send a new complete shelter, after repeated reminders that it was a wind and snow rated structure.

I spoke to Martine Gallant and the service she provided was brilliant. She certainly knows her job and provided me with the tools i needed to fix my problem with pdf attached. Excellent

I purchased the more expensive shelter with a 10 yr warranty and 5 yrs later a hail storm put holes in my cover. And then to find out the warranty is prorated. No where did it say that on my warranty would of never bought the product. Not worth buying better off to buy steel panels. Would not recommend to anybody to purchase this product.

I recently received my 12x7x24 carport and the only issue I have is that I didn't receive all the roofing panels I received just enough to cover 9ft of the 24 ft needed

This unit is not able to handle wind. It tore apart and bent the frame. Not worth the 600 paid. Been having to cover it with tarps.

I purchased the 10 x 10 shed in a box in February of 2022. Due to cold weather I didn't get it erected until late March of 2022. Shed looked fine and held up great in the late snow and the wind. By mid winter of 2022 one panel on the roof became worn and thin letting rain come through onto my side by side. I contacted Shelter Logic and filed a warranty claim as instructed. A replacement was sent in February of 2023 and I removed the old cover and replaced it with the new one. By December of 2023, again, one panel on the roof was worn and thin just like the original and this time a tear was noticed on one corner. I contacted Shelter Logic again and was told that I could buy a replacement cover but that the warranty was only good for one replacement. Sorry, but I can't spend money for a replacement cover every year so I'll try to find a better product that will hold up as advertised.

Update: It's a shame that the original order didn't state that this was a lighter grade material. And, again, why is it the same panel that wears each time. Nine to ten months is not very long for the price paid. If you intend to purchase this product do a little investigating on the product and durability.

J'ai acheté une nouvelle toile pour remplacer l'original que j'avais depuis plusieurs années. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle 5 min avant la fermeture et la personne m'a répondu très poliment. J'ai expliquer le probléme que j'avais avec ma nouvelle toile de gazébo et il mon simplement indiquer la démarche à suivre pour en avoir une nouvelle sous garantie. Le tout à été très simple. Très bon service après vente.

Je confirme aussi que le désign de la toile s'est amélioré avec les années. La nouvelle est mieux faites.

Customer Service Representative was awesome. So very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no worries about what I would receive. I order in April and it came very quickly. I meant to complete this review in May but things got in the way. But she was so great at service I wanted to make sure I did this.

I spoke with Martine. Not only was she professional and cordial, she was knowledgeable and willing to assist without sounding put out by my request. I sent her the information she requested and her response was quick and exactly what I needed. I was thoroughly impressed. It is not often you speak with someone with such good phone skills but also someone who is ready and willing to help... and actually does it! Good work. No problem on my part to recommend others to your products and site.
